I'd never take turret traverse mod in any ship, no matter how slow they turn. You never want less dps by raising your reload time.

What illegal addons are you even talking about? I haven't heard of any. And the advantages of premium ships are still far from pay-to-win. Better players will always be able to beat premium ships with normal ships.

Tirpitz was never really OP or pay-to-win. It's about the same strength as Bismarck. Do you use different builds on Bismarck and Tirpitz (upgrades and captain)? Anyway, those are just 15 battles. They are statistically not very relevant and you probably just had bad luck with the teams.

Das ist Quatsch. Einzel- oder Vollsalve hat keinerlei Einfluss auf die Streuung. Auch so Gerüchte dass man beim Schießen langsamer fahren soll oder so was sind falsch, die Streuung ist immer gleich, egal was man grade mit seinem Schiff macht.
