preview Kitakaze and Harugumo in [early] Preview!
Commander_Cornflakes replied to Hayashio's topic in General Discussion
The T9 does get the 6th upgrade slot, that's a good jump from Akizuki. -
Sollte wenige Tage bis Wochen nach Ende der Ranked-Spiele zugestellt werden. Da das manuell gemacht werden muss, musst du einfach noch ein bisschen Geduld haben.

Game with destroyers in TIERS VIII, IX and X
Commander_Cornflakes replied to ovejero's topic in Archive
Like always when new ships are released, many are playing them. There is nothing Wargaming or we could to against this, so you have to deal with it or play other classes for a few weeks until everything settles down. -
Wargaming is currently reworking the whole class of carriers. This should be done in a few months, but the changes will be very big. If someone buys a premium carrier right before that rework and afterwards doesn't like it anymore, this would cause some problems. That's why there are currently no carriers in the shop.

As far as I know, they already said skillbased MM is not something they want in the game. The time difference depends on how close the MM tries to get the teams. (+-10%, +-5%, +-1% etc.) Next point is: to balance the whole team or each shipclass? ("enemy CV is super unicum and just killed our super unicum DD, our CV is a potatoe and we have no chance" - random player in the forum then) And switching players becomes complicated as soon as divisions are in the game. And lastly, let me get a little bit philosophical: If you never have steamroll matches where MM was not nice to one of the teams, would you even be able to savour those matches where everything is perfect?
-
Any addtional factors for the MM will make waiting times longer. And looking at WR should be a pretty big factor. The MM is absolutely random (only looking at shipclass) and that's the fairest you can get without extreme waiting times. Sure, there will be good and bad streaks, but that's how RNG works. It all evens out in the end.

You will need a bigger tinfoil hat ;)
-
Nope, it was the 2-3-3 that got changed into 3-3-2.
-
That is wrong, because a tournament like KOTS also adds a number of variables that you won't find in random games. For example everyone is AA-specced and uses Def-AA.

Cleveland - pre-line-split build

If you take the captain up to Worcester, then yes, get SI instead of DE. -
Ok, in the first fight you let him strafe down a whole squad. In the second fight you let one squad fight one of his while your other squads are just watching instead of helping? Shouldn't be a surprise that the bigger Midway squad wins that fight. Next fight you get strafed again. So, here are some tipps for you: -Be more aware about his fighters. You won't lose any fights if you evade all his strafes. -Use your advantage of numerous squads. Midway squads are bigger, you can't fight them one-on-one. -Practice torp drops. The rate of torp hits to torp misses was not really good in this game. -Activate Alternative Interface Mode. You will see ship names and combined with the knowledge about AA strength, you can better attack targets with weak AA and lose less planes. Maybe it would help you to see how I play Haku vs. Midway, so here is a replay of today. 20180606_185302_PJSA017-Hakuryu-1942_22_tierra_del_fuego.wowsreplay

Are you still using 2-3-2 setup? Because you should take the 3-3-2 to fight Midways. Other than that:

I'm not really sure what exactly you mean, but maybe this post can help you to understand how capping and winning by caps works: http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Game_Modes#Domination
-
They didn't change the cap time though?
-
You should know that this is bulIshit. You could have easily censored the names in this screenshot with Paint and nobody would have deleted it. Not like the rest of your post makes more sense but I don't have time to prove you wrong in every point.

Ho wlong after the ranked season ends, are rewards given?
Commander_Cornflakes replied to frank_orc's question in Q&A Section
A few weeks usually. -
So what about the DD potatoes? Isn't it okay if they need some skill too to counter radar? Correct positioning for example, or how to bait radar before going into caps.
-
Impossible to say what you are doing wrong, a replay could solve this problem ;) How to activate replays: https://replayswows.com/ -> FAQ
-
Yes, I remember that. It was pretty much the same as here, as soon as I asked you to prove your insane claims, you mysteriously vanished and never wrote in that thread again.
-
This one really seems to be a bug, but to be sure: have you really activated this task? The damaged modules in detailed report are the modules that were destroyed on your ship, so they don't count for this task.

After rewatching Haifuri, I realized how far off the color scheme of the HSF camos ingame is, compared to the ships in the Anime. For comparison: Anime | ingame camo | no camo Can we please get the real dark grey color instead of no color with some stripes? This goes for HSF Musashi, Yamato and probably Graf Spee too, of course WG-Ping: @MrConway

If it's so obvious, it shouldn't be hard for you to write it down here, right?
-
You are awfully calm for having your retardedness proven just a moment ago ^^ Too bad you can't answer an easy question like:
-
You and your team just sucked and lost, what part about that is rigged?
