EM is a valid skill, even on some DDs. I would never choose it before Last Stand, but it's an acceptable replacement for Adrenaline Rush if you feel more comfortable with it and use the guns often enough to make it worth. I'd take it as one of the last skills though. -

Würde ziemlich kompliziert werden, wenn man mehr berechnen würde, als einfach den Höchstschaden aller Granaten und Torpedos zu addieren. Zumal es ja auch möglich ist, mit einer Granate mehr Schaden als den Höchtschaden zu machen, wenn man einen Treffer in mehrere Sektionen kriegt. -

In dem Fall kannst du ihn dann nicht mehr auf der Kuma benutzen. Jeder Kapitän kann maximal auf ein normales Schiff angelernt werden.

Missouri gets the most credits but is currently unavailable. All other premiums earn the same amount of credits on the same tier and higher tier premiums earn more. So a T8 premium is the best for you. And obviously you get more credits if you play better, so you should take a class you are good with. You have the Bismarck already, so Tirpitz with similar playstyle should be a solid choice. -

Maybe he has a trollbuild full on secondaries. The real problem is that you are way too close with your Indianapolis if he can get so many sec hits on you. Play her at range and you won't have problems with bad armor.

Yes, that is right. Slight rams are not punished anymore. I think I saw it in some patch notes a while ago, but no idea if I can find it. -
Radar is fine, OP is just a bad player that can't deal with it because he is unable to adapt his playstyle to different situations.
