Hey, so I grinded on NO and after Pensacola, I quickly became really efficient with the ship. Now I bought Baltimore and that ship is just pain in my [edited]. Slow rudder shift and really bad range. Is there any way how I can still remain a brawler who goes to stop the cap and kill DDs and punch some citadels to other cruisers or I am basically done with that and should focus on grinding German and Jap cruisers instead? I use basically all the commander skills aimed towards shooting and for the modules, I use concealment, rate of fire, accuracy as the main modules.

Thank you for all tha valuable hints, I will grind some credits on my IJN and German cruisers for a while and then upgrade Balmer.

Thanks, I already tested the radar and concealment on NO before and it suited my play style very much so I guess I have to be patient. That stealth fire thing sounds good and Im definitely gonna get the firing control ASAP, not sure about the range module, I prefer ROF much more. Ill see what I can get out of it, the reason Im doing it is Des Moines indeed.

Actually, fast rate of firing and deadly AP really fits my play style. I kinda like ability to run and inflict 2/3 of the damage but when going bow on for DDs in smoke, 1/3 firepower in front makes it harder to hit hard. HP pool is disgusting but again, none of these ships were built to last long and compared to Furutaka and Pensacola, everything is better.
