In the Training room I decided to test my Nagato's secondaries, as they were not able to finish off a cruiser in a random game who was next to me. My Nagato is running BTF, AFT, and Manual Secondaries Skill. In this Video you can see what I found: As you can see in the Video, on a distance <2km Secondaries are no longer able to hit the target. Why is that? Only on 3km or greater the high dispersion lands the first hits, is it intended or just a bug? I am bringing this up, as secondaries should be a reliable damage source in close range, which is currently not the case. In the Image attached I tried to bring up the problems of the secondaries aiming to low into the water, resulting in a high number of misses.

Especially for smoke duration (3), I would love to have a complete table for all ships with the time in seconds. Also please try to answer point directly (of course you can use others arguments), otherwise this will quickly escalate in a full discussion of point X. I will update and link to useful answers once they are given.

At time 0:35 im no longer detected, 0:40 the zao and montana are shooting on me, after i turned. Was not expecting to be hit by 2 ships from 15km, even though i was going a different direction before i got undetected. This happend many times to me in the past days, and lead to me getting devestating striked thanks to that... [quote name= Definitely noticing it now. 0.5.5.0: "Fixed a bug which caused the squadron's markers indication during take-off while they were out of observer's view range." I couldn't test it in the PT yet, lets hope for the best -

Here I reproduce the problem: there is currently a 1/3 (estimated) chance for the planes to be shown on the map on launch. Plane Icon can be seen on A1 at 2:53 -

This bug exits since the CTB, and was reported over an over again, but the Developers from WG does not seem to care, or are missing the skill to do so. The problem occurs every time a ship loses his plane, on the next relaunch of it, it will be visible on the map. To be precise, the new set of planes are keeping the detection status from the destroyed squad, until the server recalculates their detection, thus they will be visible for a short amount of time. -

Why don't you make the contests EU-wide? I know some contests are required to be language specific like the guide ones. but most others are not. Would it not be better to have some big Events for the hole EU with awesome prices? Currently most contests are not only boring but also low budged. Who wants to spend alot of time in taking part in a contest just for 1 prem-day or a tier 2 Cruiser as a first price? And what does it mean "low budged"? are you not permitted to hand out more stuff in contests by the Management? We are talking about virtual objects that are only worth money, because the WG decided so, its not like you have to pay for it right? -
Well sadly no testing of the new Crusiers yet, but at least the new Flags and some minor changes are already in effect 7 Players online, a record! And managed to get 2 games in 1vs1 also robihr made it into my screenshot

Well I didn't played my Tiriptz in ages and just started using it again after patch 0.5.3.0. I have a WR of 70% and avrange dmg of 80k. In 100 matches I had 4 rounds where I did over 200k dmg. So it can't be that bad, so why complain? The Tiripitz is well known for taking massive dmg on its super structure. It must be you ^ Income nerf? In 100 rounds I made 35 Million Silver, and I am using all premium consumables that you can get for silver. How much are you supposed to do before the "nerf" 1 million per round? -
Well hit rates like that are quite ok for battleships (30% is good), for a Cruiser and dd you could expect hit rates up to 50% (depending on its type). On the other hand don't forget that you are talking about combat at ~15km. Be happy that the hit rates in this game or so high, its almost to easy. RL Example: In the battle of the Falklands, Admiral Sturdees' 15" guns were fired at the (fleeing) German squadron of cruisers on a distance of 12-13km. They had a Hit rate of <1% (1% on this distance was already considered as very accurate) ... Of course their rounds were affected by wind and so on... wich is sadly not the case in WOWS. In my opinion small caliber round like 130mm thats being shot on 17km is way to accurate. Even today you would not be able to shoot from the water with such small caliber on such distance with just a dispersion of like <300m... (maybe with railguns ) As I can not tell what ship you were using its hard to tell, on the other hand, I agree the dispersion of the secondaries armament is still very high (I guess having the focus skill by default would be nice )

Well Submarines probably wont ever exit in this game (I believe the Developers confirmed that somewhere). At the same time they said Torpedo boats would make it into the game, and already are more or less. The current possibilities: 1) the I-401 will be an ship used by Staff for Events (or as NPC). 2) the I-401 could appear as a Torpedo Boat (basically no guns, 98-100 Concealment and only Torpedoes as an armament). The I-401 was spotted multiple times, also in previous version in the tech tree, so you can conclude that they are working on it right now. So its space holder is made it somehow into the current version. I assume they are planning an Event for it next month, similar to the current APR Events.

Destroyers - what % see the end of a battle?

Lets take this for example, start watching at 6min, there are 3 Enemy bbs, and 3 enemy crusier, 1 is closer than 6km to me on open water: You can see 2 Crusiers, and 2 bbs are seeinng and attacking me
