    Why are there new islands all over the maps that are not marked on the minimap? Nothing in the change log, are they maybe placed by mistake? Map Hotspot, B cap. Noticed it at least on 1 more map

    Regular absence from the ST sessions, especially the sessions that are conducted at standard testing time and are planned in advance. Is there a system to announce your absence during e.g holly days? Or is the absence for a period of 3-4 weeks (1x per year) alright?

    I highly recommend OBS: https://obsproject.com/ Free You can exactly set how many Ressource it should use high customization stable you can set it to "record this window only" and it wont display if you e.g tab out... 9/10 Program If you have an Nvidia Graphics card you might be able to use Nvidia Experience, with that Program you can save the last e.g 20min by just pressing a button!

    that would make no sense, on a BB to get AFT or any AA skill you would be forced to take skills like Fog of the Fog God or Dog fighting expert. Unless they are not giving bbs smoke I wont see that coming.

    Britsh CA deploy always 1 Smoke unless you go lower than <15knts during the smoke activation time, then it will deploy a second smoke. So if you activate smoke and go faster than 15knts (this number is just from expirence) you will only deploy 1 cloud. I do not get the reason for them doing that though.

  18. Could you post more detailed info on the GE Tier 10 and Tier 8 DDs? AA Dps? (no dual Purpose guns on tier 8?) Torpedo dmg? HE fire chance? Smoke Values / duration and reload time and active time? (Planning ahead for my 18p cpt )

    1 sided matches from last 2 patches.

    Well I also got the feeling that matches were quite 1 sided lately, sometimes so hard that you pitty your enemy. In the one attached, the battle lasted only 5:20, not even enough time to deal much dmg, pretty much everybody on both sides lost money. All players in the enemy team together only received 1740 xp Had so many games where the winning team lost more than 3 ships: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vrv6s1fyeke6u1q/AABQRG-ruOn-r_RAypDI_DqCa?dl=0 I just have the feeling that its not the mm fault, but more the fact that there are ships with a high skill cap now / a single good player can have a bigger impact on the game than before.

    Same goes for higher leagues, directly detected on spawn as bb and cruiser, many cvs died in the first few min as well... but WG is like "thats ranked"

Hey Apollo, I also find the the new calculation a bit misleading, as we as players have no way to determine whether we performed well or not, but anyway back to your question: The following information is based on my knowledge and not any official source. Contribution to capture: Every player that is capturing a base is generating 1 capture point per server tick, in other words capture progress. If the player captures the base these points will be credited to him together with the base capture ribbon. These points will be listed in the Detailed Battle report: e.g Capture points: 60/178. 60 are the points you generated by capturing, and 178 the points you team generated in total. That means you had a Contribution to capture of 33% that round. The average value of that will be listed in your profile. Same goes for Contribution to defense, whenever you hit a player in a base you will convert his capture points into your defense points and you will be awarded a defense ribbon. The ribbon itself is worthless, the points that come with it count. Right now 2 hits on a target are required to take all his capture points. These will also be listed in the Detailed Battle Result screen as e.g Defense points 10/157, thus 6,35% the average value of that will be again displayed in your profile. Damage upon your spotting: When ever you are spotting a warship and it takes dmg, that dmg will be credited to you as spotting dmg. However I have no Idea how that will be shared between multiple ships spotting the same target. My assumption would be that e.g a Tripitz gets spotted by you (benson) and your Lexington, now your Atago does 16k dmg on him, the expected result would be 8k (50% as shared between 2 ships) spotting dmg for you. The average value will be displayed in your profile. Potential Damage: For my understanding ever ship has a 700m (at least in the first versions, was it changed?) radius around it. And this "aura" basically counts the max dmg of every shell / bomb / torpedo that they could cause as your potential dmg. So for example a salvo from a Montana that hits the water or you in that aura would add the 12 x 13.500 dmg to your potential dmg. My suggestion would be that war gaming needs to add live indicators that are giving you directly feedback in game about these values. E.g "You are currently spotting 3 ships, Damage dealt by allies 25.565", "Damage dealt by allies 34.765..." or "You tanked 350k dmg..."
