And he bases this on exactly 28 games in a Div of 2, cos in single player games, he is just bad, but less bad in BBs. :) Matter of perception i onace had an amazing game in Pommeren Pommeren is strongest of them all. My bad i was taking about random stats, but still it is funny :)

So you are tellng us that Clevland is op and you are basing this on using it on a div with Kutuzov? Tell me that is not what you are doing righ now?

So buy a Kutuzov (and its so unpopular now i fogot it even exist :) smolensk have 130 mm guns and im unsuere about range but its not 18km. And also try to buy a Smolensk. Still dont know what you are talkin abut.

YEach i forgot about Kutuzov, but he has gigiantic smoke penality and its not in sell so well.

Mate, no russian cruser with 150 mm guns have smoke in this game. Once agian you are talkin about balancing, beeing op or UP or other things but you do not undrustand the game. You dont know what you are talking about, like with this 18k 150mm guns and smoke in Russian cruser....

You dont get it. All sec in game were nerfed. Not Only Massa, all were. If WG woul lets say we cut range of Massa sec by half, but dont touch others it would be direct nerf to Massa, and i quess it is WG plan for coming months :D

Yech but this was wg "global" chagne [edited]. I think the flandre show us they can dircetly nerf a prem ship, lets say we remove radar from wichita cos reasons. Or somthing like that.

CV /AA rework was just nerf to the game. Like one ot the things that made entire game so much worse :D

well the more changes they make means more "fixes" by wg like they "fixed" the skills or "improved" the diversity of play last time. TBH i dont like the idea of nerfing special ships it is to close to direct nerf of prem ships.

What makes you think Midway or Haku are not broken?

Simple effective solutions of this kinde of problemes is not the way WG thinks. We will get other blanaced skill for bbs like "immunity to dmg if you are targeted by 3 or more ships" or something like that.

Like on balancing CVs or like on fixing dds geting full pens some time ago?:D

No to be picking but Pommeren is t9, and brawl was t8 so well...

TBH subs will end DDs gameplay and probably the rast remaining 3 crusers mains will also swich to sub/bbs. So this will be very interesting thing :D

You dont have any t10 cruser, at this point you just dont have any idea what you are talking about.
