right and now you see how broken this designe is. You even acepted it in this sentence, the second part of how broken it is is spoting. Rockets nerf is a good thing but we need todeal with CV spoting and CV beeing inmoratl. If we do we will get finally balanced class.

Wrong again. The esiest way to pump your PR (and therfore your color) is to choose underpefroming and underpopluar ships and perform well in it. It is yesier to pomp your PR in Yahagi than in Petro. :)
