Ive not seen any afk plague but if it's happening over and over for you >5 mins in, and the other team too then... -log the times when it's happening -log the number of users online -if there's a pattern post it in feedback forum

For every losing team there is a winning team. If you are a good player this means when the two teams are evenly matched - in 7v7 YOU can carry the game. That means if you are good over time YOU WILL rank up. Not idiotic, just logic. And you've played 5 and won 1? You need to play a lot more than that to start complaining!

This was happening to me until I got a new broadband service. Are you sure it's WG? If all players get booted or suffer a huge lag that's WG fault (one incident at peak time yesterday - 10 second freeze everyone noticed). But it's been very smooth of late...for me.

Well said. And the times you get to see a cv run as you close in on them. Their drops getting more and more desperate. Priceless. No more overall CV nerfs! (Tweaking still required). From a BB player.

I try not to focus on the team win now and instead just be as good as I can be. Sure that means team play, but there is no point throwing a fit because your team wasn't as good as the other team. I manage to "win" in every game I do something good. If you are win rate stat obsessed you're going to end up being depressed. Winning isn't everything.

Same so far. The mode isn't a fail. People are fail.

I'm doing well in my BBs. After OBT and some of CBT I've decided to focus on them. However I did try all classes in CBT. I have learned that to be a BB captain you have to learn how to deal with all the other classes including CVs. You can even usually tell if a CV player is interested in you by the way he positions his planes. If they start "looking" at you and you start to turn away in an "I know you're there" posture they often go bother someone else.

3 games and I'm making loads of XP and credits. Also short games mean more games. Also I wonder if the smaller teams just makes you notice the bad players more I'm going to grind the New Mexico in ranked just to see what happens.

I play victory at sea (with little model ships) and there is a whole soviet fleet. Gangut is an appalling ship but Sovetsky Soyuz is excellent. It's important to have Russia in the game given the player base, but I too want to see Germany, RN and Italy more than anything. France would be fun too.

My Fuso does great with 19% hit rate whereas Tirpitz has 27% hit rate. So it depends on ship.

In game? I confess to only looking at your profile on the site. However I'll have a look in game later and see if it makes sense to me. You can certainly select ranked and see your statistics in ranked. Your "rank" isn't a statistic I suppose.

I am proud when I get focussed by a CV because it usually means I'm stomping all over the enemy in my BB and I'm seen as a threat. Then there is the skill of dodging torps and when I outwit the CV player I can feel his frustration - as I played cvs in CBT. When I get perfectly double struck from two sides really well I usialky compliment the CV player. I can't hit the CV but dodging and shooting down his planes - and wasting his time - is almost as good...

Yes it's a marathon not a sprint. Might take hundreds of games to get to higher ranks but at least you don't go down in the early ones

I've changed my mind. Draws are bad. For goodness sake WG reward draws (don't count them as a loss) or remove standard battle mission. It's dreadful. I look forward to domination and dread standard now. It's not draws that are bad per se, but treating them as a loss for both sides is just daft. If you're the guy playing to avoid defeat all you're doing is ruining it for everyone - which is not good in a game supposed to be fun.

I have an Atlanta. I don't take her out much. If I'm in a bb I focus them. They are soooo squishy. Just stay out of its short range and annihilate it. Even a Cleveland can citadel her with ease. She's just a big fat dd.
