I have been playing for about 15 months now. I have played all classes but am currently concentrating on BBs. I have a Colorado and Nagato as my top tier BBs but also have several premium ships (including the Warspite and Tirpitz}. Looking forward to playing the German Battleship line. In game name is Rustheap_1.

I agree with Cavscorpion. It's all about the cruiser role. The cruiser role, and lots of cruiser captains don't seem to get this, is a) hunt down and kill destroyers, b) provide air cover and c) look for targets of opportunity. It is very rash for a cruiser to get into a firefight with a BB unless he is taking fire from another BB. There are exceptions of course the Pensacola and Myoko are very good at burning down BBs from long range.

I have recently been in a few games where there have been 5 destroyers per team. In my opinion the battle is spoiled for the other classes. Usually there are only a couple of cruisers in each team and in my experience a lot cruiser players do not know their role in the game which among other roles is to take out destroyers.. Wargaming have limited CVs to two per team. Is it time to limit the number of destroyers per team? I'm not asking for special treatment for BBs but maybe three destroyers per team would make the game more playable for BBs. It's certainly no fun wading through a sea of torpedoes coming from all directions.

WoWs is down. I logged into WoT to see if it was my connection and I was able to play fine. So I'm guessing it's a server problem.
