I am fine with the game I am playing. You have issues and want to change the class which you are not playing in a way that I can guarantee would scare off majority of that class playerbase. I love teamplay, but I don't like doing nothing. Shocking truth. Give proposition of support carrier gameplay which would be fun to play and I would support it in any way I can. I would love to see full support ship in this game. Press button get exp is not exciting, I have played cookie clicker already. I would love to see this in game again. I don't like AAA because it has no player agency. It's automatic system. Though I would love to see risk factor or difficulty factor increased at high tiers.

Mate, I have been checking Air superiority decks from time to time on live server to see how they are holding up. They are not. Right now: TBs are fun to use, require some prediction and skill to do well. Top tier in my opinion are too easy to use because of the plane speed. I don't like lower skill floor. DBs are kinda fun to use on US side and annoying rng machines on IJN side (maybe 0.5.1 will fix it a bit). They require some skill, but their performance is just too random. Fighters are meh. They are all about positioning, their skill is too situational. Better than they were, but still no where near in the state which would make them viable main plane of the carrier. Scouts would be the most boring. So yeah, changing most fun plane to the potentialy most boring one, would affect my enjoyment. It would drop skill celling also. If you had any experience in CVs you would know that one of the big issues is that they are boring and TBs are most satisfying to use. If you would trace back my posts on this forum you would find that I was talking about Midway and high tier issues for quite a long time. Also recent change to the flooding chance was also something I mentioned at the start of live. There are problems with carriers, but your propositions would kill off the class. Not help her. So I find this "You only want to have EZ modo" argument kinda insulting.

Just calling something logical falacy doesn't make something one. You talk about something you have limited experience and while your opinion is valuable it is limited. As I have said earlier even with rather big experience and knowledge about carriers I do not talk in definitives unless I get hands on each change. Gameplay flow is not something you can understand by theorycrafting. I am talking about random pub game in dota. Not organised play. I played a lot of team oriented games and I honestly fail to see what you are talking about. In a lot of them I relied on my team to not get insta gibbed. And really what a high level teamplay... not go alone. How can we expect people to do such a tasking job. And who is insta gibbed, because I sure hope you don't mean BBs. You can call me clueless when I am talking about tier X BB aiming mechanics. Thank god I do not talk about it. See, when I am talking about something I have no idea about, it means that someone can call me out on it. Sounds like fun. Spotting. Such an exciting gameplay. Can't wait to try it, pressing button, doing nothing. Riveting. DBs are great source of fire dmg at high tier... what?! Also drastically reduced alpha from torps? You know what is the CD on those attacks? I would agree that they should be harder to perform at high tier, but damage? Nope. Your propositions sounds extremely boring. And all that with ignoring the fact that Carriers beeing reduced to the pure support role when they were the main ships of any fleet during WW2 is silly. If you want changes to carriers it would have to be changes that would make you want to play that class. What you said would pretty much kill off 90% of the current CV population instantly.

Even with my experience as rather good carrier player across multiple patches since the start of the beta I never talk in definitives when there are changes to the CV gameplay. Flow of the game is not something you can understand with theorycrafting, you need to do it. Thinking can only get you so far, even with experience. Without experience... it's pointless. True, but this is the issue with the fact that exp/credits rewards are not in sync with the mechanical rewards. As such rewards and high cost on high tier promote not optimal behavior. I was talking about those games mostly to show that randoms can easilly work together.

I have no idea how can you talk about so specific CV things like TB manual drop when you 0 games in them. This is just a waste of time. Son? Bro? So expecting people on high tier to play together is some kind of ridiculous notion? What? What you are talking is the definition of dumbing down the game just to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Also I have played games like LoL and Dota quite a lot and if people know how to play and know the game there is no issue with teamwork at higher level, even in random games without any form of communication like chat of curse. Though luck. In team games you rely on others to not get nuked. So you are basically saying that you want teamplay, but you don't want to depend on others. Cool. And CVs do not require flawless teamplay, you just need to have some people near you. Crusiers, the ones which for BBs are just OHKO, but I guess that is fine, since CA can easilly dodge those shells with correct manuvers or when they have an escort, right? Sure, sure. Right... Play them. Talking with you about carriers otherwise is pointless. I can accept vaguely talking about carriers with someone who has no games, but when you go into details, then this doesn't work anymore, because you simply have no idea what you are talking about. But just to have some fun. How would you change carriers so they are "balanced" for "multiplayer" game? Tell me what is your vision.

Correct me If I'm wrong, but aren't BBs the most dominant class on high tiers? I mean other than Midway which clearly has some issues it seems like the second thing people complain about. I have seen multiple posts about how crusier population is declining on high tier even though it was supposed to be the highest on all tiers. What is the point of tier X? There is no end game content yet if you haven't noticed. Most players are on tier V and VI and this will be true for at least next 6 months, then it should change to VI VII and then VII VIII and it will probably stay there. So I fail to see how F2P argument holds any water. If you play at tier IX and X you are expected to know game and play as a team. As I have said, game is based around combined warfare, if you don't like it then you are free to play on lower tiers. I am playing casually and like 95% of my games are solo. I played multiple MMOs, from Tibia, through Ragnarok Online, WoW, Tera etc. Some of them were focused on single player content and some of them you simply can not play without party (Ragnarok is prime example where some classes pretty much had no damage skills at all). This game clearly is somewhere in the middle put leans towards team oriented gameplay. What you are complaing is the base idea behind the game, which will not change. So you can either embrace this type or quit. Balance is other thing and I do hope we will find it soon and clearly carriers need most work, but the idea will never change. Carriers will force some behavior on players and will punish mistakes. This type of gameplay is a bit older and for me is a bit nostalgic and refreshing. I hope WG will soon make some modes for teams and promote teamplay by giving more exp to things other than damage. Improve, be the player you wish you had on your team. This is not WoT.

Is this some kind of morbid joke? Midway does create some issues (low skill floor), but other than her BBs are the most dominant class on high tier and BBs are kings there. Case is simple, game is punishing you for not playing in a team. You have to either adapt or whine. I see you've picked the latter option. If CVs are overperforming we have stats and we can nerf them, other than that carriers are class that forces people into clusters. You refuse to play by the rules devs wanted to promote? Then you have much harder time. You don't want to play in clusters, then why are you playing a game which base idea is builded around combined fleet warfare. also 0 carrier games. Play some of them, before talking about this class, can ya?

Well anwser was as good as a question asked. I meant, what if the MM puts you, good (put random WoWs class name here) player, in a team where whole team has bananas for brains? You are screwed, despite being a good player, because of the random MM? Great... Team oriented gameplay = you need to play as a team or you die. How hard is to get it.

Now you will be dragging down people in tier X matches and we know only the best of the best can play on such prestigious level. How dare you bypass such exciting ships as Bogue or Ranger! Next thing you will tell me is that you are not a teamplayer and are playing only balanced or bomber decks you selfcentered. If you plan to finish the game like you did in CBT you will have to get few more of those rich donors. Anyway fun stuff. Looking at damage this way is retarded. CV have biggest burst "potential", but highest "potential" damage per second have BBs. Ignoring whole game and just looking on avg in void is in no way useful when talking about game balance. -

Dodatkowo system tutaj jest tak stworzony ze majac rowne 50% win ratio jestes w stanie dostac sie do nr1 dzieki darmowym gwiazdkom przy przejsciu (jak masz szczescie przy 50% winratio to zawsze wyjdziesz na plus, gdzie nie ma szans bys byl stratny, efektywnie zawsze sie bedziesz pchal w gore). Jak jestes dobry bedziesz wygrywal, jak nie to znaczy ze trzeba pomyslec nad soba. This bug is since which patch? I know bug below was in the game up to the 0.5.2 (did not check in 0.5.3 yet) http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/15829-manual-drop-adjustment-buggy/page__fromsearch__1 Yours seem slightly different (you have orange path) so most likely in 0.5.3. WG just fixed graphic erros in mine so it doesn't update new path over the old one, but they still did not crack fact that you can issue an order which will be executed after the planes are locked into the attack run (this bypass completely the need to fly into the circle at correct angle). Are you able to reproduce yours with another CV? I am at work right now, so I can't really test it myself for couple of hours. I am really intrested If this is exactly the same bug which I reported in beta just with fixed visual errors or the new one (maybe specific to midway). -

Have a +1. Overall releasing Tone as a normal crusier without anything "special" that would fit the theme of aviation crusier would be a waste. Simple as that. Releasing Ise on normal hull would be much better because it would not mess with the possibility of getting Ise with aviation hull in the future. If you will not like tone when she will be released, don't buy it. Tone has potential to sell probably much better than Atago, but without anything to drive that I dont see it happening. -
They have changed that. Right now you need at least 2 CV torps to sink DD.One shooting DDs was a bit too OP then.

I have some issues with ships like Ise being ranked reward. It's super unique and locking whole concept of the class behind some mode for limited time (1 season) is... meh. As for carrier divisions, I have no idea what he is saying about "gamble" with the setups. Are there any setups right now which would be considered gamble? Is there any gamble after they have introduced fixed CV MM? Too bad we have to wait so long for AP Bombs. Edit. I still have no idea why they introduce Tone without any new gameplay. Complete waste. -

I honestly think that ranked mode has simply failed. Right now I don't believe that system from casual single player game which is Hearthstone can be applied to competitive team based game. So I don't think much about higher tier ranks. Ships will change, chaos, random nature will be the same. Oh well. I love the idea of interactive maps. It should bring a lot of life into the game. I like that that they work on team oriented modes. I started playing this game with those in mind, so lack of them is really taxing. -
Good luck playing crusier against full BB team on tier higher than V. What you are saying is: Yea I like the idea but include free frags too just get rid of the counters and I would definitely give it a go

2 TB jeszcze działają, bo jako tako sie oslaniaja. Prawdę mówiąc dla starej RJ uważałem że w 95% przypadków 3 TB na jeden cel to strata czasu, wiec i tak to rozdzielalem.Ale jakbys mial jednym TB atakowac to szybko bys skonczyl bez mozliwosci atakowania. To co masz w hangarze zalezy od zestawu, wiec 3/1/1 ma niewiele zapasu no i co to pisalem wyzej. CTRL i brak miesa armatniego spowoduje ze szybko bys sie wypstrykal, bo skutecznosc AAA relatywnie bylaby znacznie wieksza. NC to jest w ogóle no fly zone dla RJ, chyba ze zostal powaznie styrany przez HE i nie ma juz dzial AA. Prawde mowiac nawet w pelni ulepszony meksyk to jest cos z czym trzeba sie liczyc. Oh well.

I Atlanta, ale poza tymi dwoma z odpalona panika jest jeszcze jedna sprawa. Przycisk CTRL.Sprawa z lotniskiem jest taka, że dmg output zwiększa się bardziej wykładniczo niż liniowo wraz z wieksza iloscia oddzialow. Jak masz 2 oddziały wlatujace w obrone AA to sa dwie opcje: 1.) albo całe AAA sie rozkłada na wszystkie samoloty w zasiegu, przez co im wiecej tym wszystkie samoloty sa bezpieczniejsze 2.) przeciwnik skupi cale AAA na jednym oddziale i zada mu obrazenia, w tym czasie reszta wykona poprawny pelny nalot Zalozmy ze AAA skupione na takim amerykanskim manewrujacym BB jest w stanie zbic 2-3 samoloty w czasie nalotu (przyklad), atakujac jednym skrzydlem tracisz 50-75% swoich samolotow w ataku. Atakujac dwoma skrzydlami tracisz 25% - 37.5%. Wiecej skrzydel w powietrzu powoduje ze ataki sa skuteczniejsze i bezpieczniejsze jednoczesnie. Byl to takze jeden z powodow dla ktorego kazda iteracja lotniskowcow z >3 TB byla niesamowicie OP i nie dalo sie jej powstrzymac.
