    Incentive for not dying in battle which are there already: * chance to deal damage * chance to cap * chance to survive directly equals lower repair cost after the battle. A T10 ship can easily cost more than 200.000 credits to repair when sunk. * chance to actually win the game, giving a bonus on XP and credits earned

    But surviving already is rewarded by the game. The longer you survive, the more you can contribute to the battle. Admittedly, you still need to contribute, but that in itself already is the reward for staying alive longer.

    Fair enough but if that is the case, why do you claim that you can spot enemy ships? Well, of course you can, but for how long is the actual question here. Your attack squadrons (TB and DB) are indeed, but if you keep them above the enemy, they'll not be able to rearm, reducing your damage output. You do need long games to inflict much damage and you need to be able to cycle your squadrons. If you leave them spotting the enemy for your team, they can't rearm. Interesting thought since you admitted earlier in this post that you do not have that much experience in T9/10 battles. You just might find out that the AA capabilites of many ships are quite considerable there and even some destroyers will be hard to spot as they are able to mount Defensive Fire consumable, which, considering that all their guns profit from this, can be enough to destroy a squadron.

    Pretty much sums up your "idea". Who'd want to cap when he gets punish for taking that risk? Who'd want to cover the guy trying to cap for would be risking his own ship. And with only very few own ships being visible to the enemy at any time, those who are visible will be focussed. You died your way to T9 already, you should be aware that AA is quite powerful up there. If you think you can permaspot enemy ships for your team to hit them, think again. Even more so when you're playing 1/1/3 Essex where you will want to rearm your attack squadrons after attacks. All this "idea" is meant to achieve is to prolong battles so you can attack more often with your planes. And this in itself a good enough reason not to do it.

    Great idea. Have more camping in high tiers. Punish players who do take a risk to win caps. Punish any incentive to seek out the enemy and fight them....
  6. Nein, da weise ich darauf hin das die Zahlen auf anderen Servern geringer sind. Der Grund liegt vermutlich (!)darin, dass die Anbieter der Webseiten für gewöhnlich auf Russisch schreiben.
  7. Wüsste nicht warum das etwas schlechtes sein soll. Das große Interesse von Herstellern an dieser Zielgruppe führt zu diverseren Titeln und insgesamt zu besserer Qualität. Wenn ich "nerd"spiele spielen will, schmeisse ich zum Beispiel Crusader Kings 2 oder Mordheim an. Auch dort kann man mit- oder gegeneinander spielen, aber ich spiele lieber single player. Dasselbe kann man auch in jedem anderen Spiel machen in dem es die Wahlmöglichkeit gibt.

  9. Bei den Absätzen ging es thematisch einfach komplett an nicht-EU clustern vorbei, aber dennoch fand ich es interessant das als Einblick in den RU Cluster mit zu übersetzen. Zumal ein doppelter Hinweis keine doppelte Verneinung ist ....

    Well it was a competition so the other videos just might have been that tiny fraction better (whatever better really means in this regard)? He did say he got more than 1000 videos sent in, he can hardly be blamed for not putting them all in a spotlight, can he.

    Kinda odd that you put the blame on one of two ships when both are very similar. Two Atlantas would've burned you down equally fast and a DD could easily smoke those, too.
  16. We just had a x3 captain XP last weekend. Repeatable. I'd take that over first win times X any day.

    They only have like 12-13 km firing range and an arc which still leaves you about 20-30 seconds until the shells hit. If they burn you down, you've been doing stuff wrong in that game. For quite some time.
