Hi there, Please keep in mind you need to get the devastating strike to trigger the faster reload and that still won't push you to 15 second reloads, how reliably do you actually do this in any ship? But I agree, this will be a decent pick for BBs, while the average is probably not around 2m for most captains - as super unicum / unicum probably, but not otherwise. Hi mate, It was me who gave you that answer - I'm sorry if you took it the wrong way. It was a friendly banter stream for a rather casual tournament and we answered this already before. To also give you some context - MrConway and me have been the guys to push and help competitive tournaments for EU and the global scene for Warships from the early days on - we would love to see a spectator mode as well, but we also know after long talks with our Devs what is involved with creating a spectator mode. This is why I rather give you the full answer that it's complicated, a lot of things are involved and we have currently bigger fish to fry because they affect all players, while competitive - as much as I love it - is for a rather small chunk of our audience. I hope that one day we'll be able to get it - and I'm fully with you that it would be great to have. This is why I don't give you the "your suggestion has been noted, thank you for your input" answer - because that sounds very generic and while it is true, wouldn't satisfy most players who would love to see this feature. I'm sorry if you misunderstood me - it's just that comments like "this can be fixed within minutes" are very frustrating to read and lack any kind of knowledge about the actual work involved with this on our side. Me giving you the answer that it is involving a ton of work, which would mean picking this over other features that are relevant for the vast majority of userbase, is simple honesty and transparency, not irresponsibility. Like I said on stream, if it would be so easy, we would have done it by now. The same thing applies for some quality of life features like demounting all flags - especially when our UI is involved. So I apologize for the comment - and I hope you understand our point of view. We love competitive, we sacrifice our weekends to make these tournaments happen, give it proper promotion and exposure. There are basically two kinds of collections at this point: Collections where collectible items are tied to a specific container Collections that are triggered by receiving the first collectible item, which can then be collected via daily containers and have the option the be selected as currently active collection. I think we had the Belle Epoque containers in the Armory for coal before, but I'll check when they might make a return so you can finish your collection. Greetings, Crysantos

Our compensation here is very fair, since only a very small amount of players were unable to log in for a very limited amount of time, around 60 minutes - but it was a global issue. We sometimes limit it to only affected players but it depends on the kind of issues. This issue isn't connected to us, we didn't have any problems in the past days. In such cases please contact our customer support with a PingPlotter report so we can check where the issue might be - but in most cases it's a local internet issue or related to the ISP. So the very clear answer is NO, this has nothing to do with each other. Are we able to ban bots right after they registered? No - because obviously we need to find indicators to filter out bots and then we ban them, we do this on a very frequent basis and monitor the game. In this specific case we can act earlier since we get additional proof from you guys and we pay very close attention to this topic right now due to this. We also actively hunt & ban any other attempts to manipulate the game, it's just not as prominent since this is not very common and shared in detail by us. Greetings, Crysantos

Hi, I don't have an update on the 0.8.5 impact yet and any further adjustments, but I'll let you know when we do. 0.8.6 should have no impact on DPS since it's only splitting the DPS into smaller damage intervalls but the amount of damage over time stays the same. If you tried these changes on 0.8.6 and feel that they have an actual impact, please provide feedback - because I haven't seen any comment like this from you in the related PT feedback section. Thank you for the suggestion regarding the targeted plane, I'll forward it but the 50-50 aspect is a bit contrary to the current concept, so it's unlikely to be implemented. Greetings, Crysantos

Agreed, for PvP this would be too impactful Well at least given my limited coop experience there is far less communication going on than in random battles. I also wouldn't expect this to be a very general thing, since you mostly find solo players there - so it's rather giving the option to team up with more. You can be assured that we'll make sure that those responsible for this won't be eligible for any rewards Not really, since this is a special case and it would also open up the game for abuse if the system would be strictly limited to a low amount of reports for a player to be a bot / AFK. To be honest, I don't think there's an easy way of automating account creation - it's guys with a lot of dedication when it comes to creating these accounts. Even if they keep creating bots, we will keep banning them and they won't get a single cent out of the PayPal program, so their effort is basically a big waste of time for everybody involved.
