Also, CVs' job is to engage in a DPS race with the enemy carrier, it's how they have the most effect on the game.

I mean I do this in a Colorado because sometimes my team all agrees in chat to abandon one cap. the other thing is if you get abandoned on a flank in it, you don’t have the speed to get out

I am down to my last 10 mil after I bought a midway and a buffalo (I was at 55mil). I'm hoping to get the DM soon, but I need a load more credits, what's the fastest way to get them? I have a premium account, and I also have several premium ships (Sims, Musashi, Texas, Arkansas Beta and PEF). I also have a Lexington with a permacamo. Is the fastest way to alternate between the Mushy and the PEF for as long as I can or is there a quicker way? As a side note, I have 150k coal and 930k fxp so I think I'll be able to afford two more t9 premiums, in the near future, are there any good ones out/coming out soon? and are WG going to release a CV for coal? Oh is the JB better than the mushashi? and I have a premium account and I make approx 300k net profit a game on average, whereas I need about 30mil to complete my Des Moines and the mods I need for that and the buffalo.... and thats excluding my midway habit which ends up making nearly no silver...

Ah ok, I don't have any of the ships you mentioned, I have the Fiji, the Colorado, the Seattle, the Buffalo and the midway. Those are the only lines I really know... I get the impression the Azuma is similar to the Musashi is this accurate? you know, in terms of hanging back? btw how are both of their AAs?

Ah ok, is the Azuma actually fun, LWM hates it, and the general consensus seems to be lukewarm on it? I'm just concerned it might be too similar to the Salem. Also, I have the buffalo, but I bought it then realised I couldn't afford to fit it properly, so it's still in my port... Doesn't the Salam get a god tier camoflage? the E is on my Wishlist, but I can't really justify the price when I'm about to get two t9 premiums....

I know, but LWM is usually a generic cookie cutter guide, and also LWM says don't buy until after the AA has been set, and I'm not sure how good those two are.

I'm more interested in the FXP ship choice right now. I can't afford to spend the FXP normally so may as well use it for ships.

When I first got the Enty, I was doing 110-40k dmg games semi regularly easily, now it's dropped to struggling to break 30-40, no idea what's going on >_<

Hi All, Sorry for the necro, I currently have 992,000 FXP and I want to know what to spend it on, I have a Musashi already, but I don't enjoy it much for some reason, I prefer cruiser/CV play. I am just seriously temped by the Salem which I can get for coal, I'm not sure if to get that or the 2 coal ships later. From what I've read the super cruisers are an acquired taste, so does anyone know any guides on those two in particular? Also is the Alaska very different to the Salam? Btw, I am currently grinding the DM line, but I don't think I can justify the 20mil credits it'll cost for a slightly better ship the Salam. Could someone advise? btw could the Ark Royal be for Coal?
