Yes I can really see WG adding in a type of craft that would require them to throw the game away and start completely from scratch.....because there is no underwater....

If you don't like it, then why are you here? Why waste your time with a game you obviously don't enjoy and think is bad? And if you don't play it anymore, why waste your time in the forums telling people who like the game how you don't. I just don't get it.

Because the ships cost more to buy. It has to scale. Edit: This is one of the reasons why I tent to stick to tier 7 and lower -
Mine is just a little bigger at III-VII, although I happily drop down when using my Mikasa.
