That is not strictly true. Warspite can absolutely wreck Colorados. And yes it really is value for money. The turret rotation is a balancing factor for it's punchy guns. Out of all my battles in her in both CBT and since, I have only found the turret rotation to be a problem roughly twice. Exactly. 9 times out of 10 it is enemy AP fire that kills my BBs, not torps or HE. HE is more of a minor annoyance than a problem to be honest.
