Big World client has encountered an unhandled exception

Getting the same error message nearly EVERY TIME I close the game. The worst part is, about 85% of the times this happens, I need to completely shutdown my PC as my main monitor just blacks out and I can't click or close anything. Everything was fine while I was running the game on Win7, but since I updated to Win10 I'm facing this issue. Really annoying. DxDiag is attached. Regards, DxDiag.txt
