Feel free to create a support ticket and send the replay file to WG. This is a rather old problem.

Manual secondaries skill for t6 and below
Johnny_Moneto replied to Aetius85's topic in General Discussion
As long as it is for free, sure, why not I guess. Of course your Captain will ask to be transferred back after his ship gets sunk by 3 enemy Hoshos over and over again before he even can have fun with the secondaries. -
Gearing nerf - on purpose or accidentally overlooked?
Johnny_Moneto posted a topic in General Discussion
Hi there, Gearing has 21mm plating in its mid-section. It made her a bit more resilient in a DD knife fight as some 127/128mm shells would shatter there. Due to the IFHE rework this extra protection is no more except against British DDs without IFHE. Was this done on purpose or merely overlooked? -
An alternative would be not to play high tier battles.

Cunningham Tokens progression so far?
Johnny_Moneto replied to OldschoolGaming_YouTube's topic in General Discussion
He is quite usefull on T9 and T10 DDs. As soon as you get 2 floodings your speed increases by 5% and those DDs are are lacking speed so they need all the help they can get in that department. It will not turn your DD into a Kleber but it is better than nothing. The extra charge in case sinking 2 will be an additional smoke, hydro and repair. All good for a DD. -
Cunningham Tokens progression so far?
Johnny_Moneto replied to OldschoolGaming_YouTube's topic in General Discussion
I was 2 tokens short (got 998) and was thinking whether to spend 1000 dubloons on that container. Then, out of a regular daily container, I got a Supercontainer containing 1000 dubloons. Fate has never swung its flag with a hint printed on it in bold capital letters so directly in my face as in this moment. -

Aircraft & aircraft carriers: Too many spoil the game?

You have changed your question from "why are 2 worse than 1" to "why is 1 good". -
Aircraft & aircraft carriers: Too many spoil the game?
Johnny_Moneto replied to deBanfield's topic in General Discussion
Play a DD and get harrassed by rocket planes from 1 CV... already not easy to evade. Now imagine getting attacked by two squadrons simultaneously. While one spots you the other one will turn to attack and vice versa. Dodging almost impossible. Smoke? Too bad, on cooldown. CVs need time to apply damage. 2 CVs in theory will only take half the time to sink a ship. The more CVs in a battle the less important any other ship becomes. -
It is not strictly about a certain amount of battles as it is more about understanding game mechanics and tactics. Consider yourself experienced when you know the penetration value of your ammo and the strength of the armour of your target, when you understand the meaning of the numbers 14.3, 30º, 45º in regards to AP (also 22.5º), when you can reliably predict what will happen in the battle in the next 3 or 4 minutes. WG does not necessarily make it easy to understand this game in depth.

Why the RNG on torpedo spreads?
Johnny_Moneto replied to HMS_Kilinowski's topic in General Discussion
If there ever was equidistance, it was replaced by RNG spreads a long time ago. I am with you, though, on your proposal: make torp spreads equidistant. -
Can someone teach me how to Akizuki in t10 CV games?
Johnny_Moneto replied to Thracen's topic in General Discussion
...because Akizuki is a torp boat. Got it, Chief. -

Wow, to ditch Last Stand in a DD is some piece of advice. -
why do you accept cheats like warpack?
Johnny_Moneto replied to StraightShooter's topic in General Discussion
I admit using Aim Ace-ist and also Dodge-o-mat. I found them on these two websites: www.youtube.com www.twitch.com There I watched how some really good players aimed and dodged. Yo, I even was introduced to a cheat called Map Awarez. Since then I get much better results in my battles. Still looking for the following hack: No-Roflstoumbz Send me PM if you have. -

How many Early Access British heavy cruisers have you got via "Random Bundles" available through "British Tokens"?
Johnny_Moneto replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
The amount of people voting is too low to generalize. Furthermore the early access program is intended to split the player base to different starting points when the line is grindable. So, it seems to work as intended. Re the perma camo: yeah, that's a bummer. -
Almost everything in your post says to get JB, so get Jean Bart. If you can have only one of these two, you might later regret not having the other. There is no right or wrong here, go with your feeling. However, if you are keen on playing Clan Battles the Smolensk is going to be an option there. Good luck.

Geradezu dogmatisch. Zum Glück darf das jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Operation Killer Whale - a Tactical Challenge for the Tactically Challenged?
Johnny_Moneto replied to Procrastes's topic in General Discussion
I don't think so. Nürnberg has the right amount of torps, enough HP, good hydro, good rate of fire, 360º turrets, good AP alpha damage. I guess DDs lack the stamina but why don't you give it a try? BTW, I once spent a day on board Latouche-Treville, the frigate from the 80s. Good memories, everybody was very kind to me. -
Why were plane indicators removed from ship HUD?
Johnny_Moneto replied to Hurricane_tb's topic in General Discussion
Wasn't the plane indicator always working as the torpedo indicator? Around the middle of your screen circle-wise? -
More T6 premium CVs? (At the risk of being burned at the stake)
Johnny_Moneto replied to Verblonde's topic in General Discussion
Well... kindly refrain from uploading pictures of that. -

You are right. It is much easier to play cruisers or destroyers.

Crawling smoke, not to be mistaken as the Italian smoke called "nebula avanti, ciao".
