WG thinks it much more likely you will have a fun match if they just randomly gather 24 people based purely on ship tier and nation played (as this actually used to mean something when it was just US and IJN and they didnt yet have tech tree splits - so an IJN DD was topr based and a US DD was gun based). What could go wrong with such a basic MM. Queue 2021 where only every 10th game is fun.

I'm sure I am just being a bit thick here, but I cannot find the reload time of main guns in port. Can anyone help?

Make the superstructure saturate much quicker, like 15k health. After that BBS would be quite strong. Maybe reduce the repair/heal cool down slightly.

And yet those same people outplay in tech tree ships too...

You do t think fearless brawler makes much difference. 1v1 duel with DDs is major and 10% dpm with no concealment penalty is HUGE.

I have roughly 150 tech tree ships in port, each with a captain. I’m fairly competitive and like the best captain builds. Let’s say 50 are bbs. So I have 100 ships, many with high level commanders to pay to respec? JOKE.... not in WG.

I’m not prone to overreactions, so believe me when I say, no free reset on other classes as well as BBS is making me wonder if I should abandon this game and company. Really poor....

Naughty words that the automation system checks for should just be filtered if they’re not allowed. End of problem and end of crazy chat bans that last a month for saying “tard”

There are no products to my knowledge permenantly discounted. If you mean e.g. 10000 dubs at 15% discount, it means compared to buying 1dub. Or a bundle at 15% discount compared to buying what’s included separately.

A single game with too many DDs needs a thread and a WG patch? How about I post one where there are 5 BBs in a ranked match? Maybe then we get a limit to BBs?

That's unfortunate that you only play a broken ship class and receive the brunt of the annoyance players feel that should be directed to WG. Did you know you can turn off chat? When I get salty it is normally because some bad player is being very vocal about everyone else - turning off chat does actually lead to a more serene experience. The downside is that you can't really communicate with your team in a meaningful way so you are handicapped a bit. That said, in your case I think it might actually help :)

That would be true if there were any explanation included with the ban, but giving people a long list of all rules isn't really cutting it for most people. In those rules I see violations from multiple players in every match and they don't seem to be chat banned. Of if they are, everyone in the game is being chat banned quite regularly. In either case, it isn't working. That said, now you have (sort of) explained what's going on, I for one can try to correct what I am doing that is getting me banned so much. The ban length getting longer and longer is probably why the system feels like it has lost any perspective.

Thanks for checking :) I'm presuming these chatlogs just have my chat in them and not the chat from the other plays in game? Believe me I am never the saltiest one when the salt start flying... All I can say is that it is really making think about quitting. Whatever I said, it really wasn't that salty to get two 3 week chat bans in 2 months. Rules are rules, so now I am not using any profanity, and when people are acting like an [edited]I disagree with them in a neutral way. So at the end of the day, I guess all these chat bans are having the desired effect. My point was, whatever I have said just isn't deserving of being chat banned for 6 weeks out of 8. There doesn't seem to be any perspective. Then I guess the system is mainly automated so is perhaps hard to calibrate for you guys.

Actually this is objectively incorrect. I've done this twice and both times they wouldn't tell me. They just copy/paste the rules into a reply and then say don't ask again. When this all started people were complaining about bans and I always used to think they must be quite toxic really. I didn't get a ban for the first two years. Then all of a sudden, I started getting banned quite regularly, with no change in my behaviour. I've been chat banned for six out of the last eight weeks and I am really not toxic a toxic player.

What a lovely atmosphere this whole system creates. People being banned for weeks on end for virtually nothing. It’s lost all sense of sanity and perspective.
