you can only move a captain to a premium ship and back to the ship he came from without penalty So you cant go thru a premium to another tech tree ship, if you do he need to be retrained too the new ship every time.

so you would have mutsuki instead then xD out of the two T5 IJN non premium. i would prefer minekaze over Mutsuki as the "gunboat" any day.

some replay or screenshot would have been nice. but you need to detect before they show up on minimap does not work the other way if not someone else did spot before you did.

but since we are (maybe) going to get RN S-class destroyer so why not just make a reskined into HNoMS Stord as a tier7-8 premium. WG likes duplicates then we also can get the Royal dutch navy sice they also got some of the S-class destroyers.= three nation in one ship. i say why not.

everyone in this game knows that Cleveland is A nerfed T8, but if WG are going to do the CL/CA spilt of the line, then you will see that it wil be meat for yammis shell again. -

Bismarck&Tirpitz are in fact bb class before H-39. even the wiki you a providing do not say anything about torpedos i guess the devs have done it so its not just a tirpitz clone but has it own playstyle. they had planned to use 406 on the H-39. but they cancelled the work the same year they laid it down. hope this help you a little bit. -
