    It took more than 7 hours because the support told me a list of other solutions instead of telling me to update, also it was an option driver meaning I should not have to use it, as well as that not all AMD GPUs use the same driver, it was on there end because they are the ones that changed things not me. 1 other thing the support member that originally handled it said I would receive any premium time I lost back and then someone else came in at the end and closed it saying I won’t be getting it back.

    They was aware i had premium time active but inaccessible as they checked my account after i had told them i will lose it.

    Yes my drivers were up to date, o had to switch to an optional driver not a required one in order to run the game.

    Not the most recent one that worked perfectly, the previous one caused a lot of issues to a lot of people due to graphics driver support etc, I understand it’s something on my end in a way but the issue would not have happened if they did not update the game and mess up the driver support.

    I lost premium time because the update caused a bug, now I understand they do not give out premium time lightly but it was their fault, they refused to even discuss the reason i should receive my time back and closed my ticket.

    I will try ring them but because I’m in England the banks are so over protective, and because I’m under 18 I can’t use online or phone banking and would have to go into the Bank branch into my local town so I would never know about anything they do unless I go in. And yes the PayPal method is using the same as the visa, I will try sort something out, thank you for helping me :) really appreciate it

    Yes both PayPal and visa fail, my paypal is connected however it won’t process any payment, now I am unsure if my card is locked because I have tried paying at least 20 times now and to the bank that may seem suspicious so I will check up on that but it should say my bank card has been declined not “this action is temporarily unavailable” which makes me think wargamimg has an issue on there side or they have blocked me.

    So recently I've gotten the money to splash around on games like world of warships and what not, all my steam purchases are working fine and I'm not low on funds, recently i received an in-game discount for ships and buying them for gold (E.G Sharnhorst now costs 6650 gold to buy) when i try to buy 6650 gold which is £21.01 it says "Something went wrong" "This action is temporarily unavailable" now I believe this is on wargamings side, I have tried contacting support but it seems there ticket response is very long so i was wondering if any of you know what I can do before my discount runs out very soon.

    Well, I questioned their decision and it seems they have completely locked the ticket, it is no longer interactive.

  15. I understand this is a very touchy topic and should be avoided 90% of the time however the way the staff that handled my ticket was unnacceptable, is there anyway I can make a complaint against the wargaming support that handled my ticket then closed it so I could not question them anymore?
