I'm new to WoW (World of Warships) as well (just a few days in too) and have seen a lot of good groups supporting each other and playing with a lot of teamwork for a random group without Voice comms. And have also suffered with groups having some utter [edited] ramming and broadsiding everthing regardless of side. But then I've played WOW (World of Warcraft) and other MMO's and seen the exact same kind of issues there with the Cranially Challenged fools causing group wipes, and the Team orientated players who fight like a well oiled machine from the get go. people are people, and some are just plain fools. Such is life. Remember the good and move on. 10 minutes and the idiots are gone, so not even worth getting into a pissing contest with them. They will invariably drag the argumnet down to their level and beat you with their years of experience at being an idiot.
Higher tiers will have less and less muppets exponentially. So don't worry and steam ahead. The vast majority are decent people who fight well. In a few tiers the majority of idiots will have gone and people will know the drills and what is expected as a team and you start to see things such as a bunch of random ships, without any spoken or typed co-ordination, hitting the enemy BB's in a beautiful torp crossfire with a BB crossing their T in a manner that would made Nimitz, Jellicoe and Yamamoto proud. When it come together it is really brings a smile to your face.
