I wonder if I should try easy or medium. I'm not at the K2 stage with BBs and fleet locking could really hurt me. If I wanted to farm the maps a little would it be a bad idea to try medium, cause farming easy would be, you know, easier?

I think stats are a great thing. I don't know about checking them out during a match, but when I am on the forums I definitely like using them. The thing is that many people have a wrong understanding of the game and thus they post things that don't make sense. Seeing their stats helps clear that up "oh, he just doesn't know the game that well so that's why he thinks that" or "Oh, his stats are really good yet he disagrees with me. Maybe he has a point and I just haven't noticed it?" Like a lot of the CV whiners who have never played a single CV match. Knowing that kind of stuff is just nice, you know?

Well it would make some money for minimal effort. It could also potentially be interesting marketing. Man, I really should work for them.

Wargaming should sell that for doubloons in the premium shop.

Taihou - 20k experience:

Have you fought as a Taihou against a Haku? Your fighters do get destroyed. Also, no, it's not the same as a Taihou vs tier 8s, because a tier 10 is the highest. A tier 10 has to never worry about having to face up against a higher tier, whereas a Taihou does.

Thing is though that at tier 10 you will almost always keep meeting tier 9 enemies as well. Tier 10 ships must not be pure stomps against tier 9 ships because of that reason. Frankly, a Taihou is at quite a disbandments disadvantage already against the haku.

Just selecting the target with "X" is not enough. You need to also have your targeting reticule pointing directly at the ship with nothing else in the way for line of sight.

Okay this "RTS play" stuff is getting a bit ridiculous. Let me ask you this: if you're decent at RTS games does that also make you decent at Dota or LoL? No, no it doesn't, so why the hell would it make you decent with CVs? Just because it has a familiar control scheme doesn't mean it plays in any way like that. How often do you have to do setups like torpedo bomber drops in RTS games? What about units even having momentum? There's almost no momentum on units in starcraft 2, everything literally turns on the spot. What about manually being able to dodge shots by using WASD? How often do you see that in your RTS games? Seriously, one aspect of the control scheme being similar doesn't really mean anything.

Pape doesn't like playing me in CV vs CV when we're equal tiers because we end up just wasting each other's time and at the end neither side has a good game. Also, wat. How often do you see tier 8 battleships posting ~3000 base scores? How often do average players see it? I mean what you said is "if you aren't outdoing the best player in a class that tends to get better experience there's no point in bringing it up". Really?

They offer the service anyway, because they already need the system for EU servers so might as well just roll it over into other regions and improve customer satisfaction. I mean if a customer buys it in the wrong region or wrong Wargaming game they will spend the money anyway. I had the latter one - bought premium on US servers accidentally (or maybe some redirect? can't be sure) and they refunded it fine. Support are just swamped right now due to open beta start recently and the game growing at a huge pace so it took a few days for them to reply to my ticket but it worked out alright.
