Low caliber HE is a lot weaker now. AP got fixed but HE wasn't. This is probably going to stay.

Can I get that camo on my ships please? This would mean I could lead enemies into traps. Also it would look cute.

I actually killed quite a few DDs with my battleships. Once they are within 8km range and I have HE loaded I can often take off 60% of their HP in one volley. Even if I have AP loaded each overpenetration still takes nearly 10% of their maximum HP off. The things I fear in a BB are numbers and quickly changing battles because I can't keep up with a quickly changing battle and I can't fight many people at once while minimizing damage I take. Other than that there's little a BB has to fear. Also, who cares about the CVs anyway. CV players said that things would get messed up and people wouldn't play CVs. So now they don't. I'm just sad that the Midway that I got is going to sit in the port for a long long time. Speaking of higher tier BB vs lower tier CV:

Well, generally you do want to upgrade all the planes for speed. I would say the thing I would change most is that I would add a disclaimer saying that I do not recommend playing carriers. You can still more or less do the cross pattern drops though it's just a lot harder to do them. You can still torp DDs the same way if you do your cross pattern - the point of dropping them from behind is so that they can't turn, but you're right. It's more difficult if they can run away too quickly. But if you do a cross they can't really turn since they'd be too slow. Generally I wouldn't try to focus DDs too much. But then again I wouldn't recommend playing carriers anymore anyway. Mutsuki - Textbook Play:

HE was not fixed. HE is still borked. Go take your 155mm Mogami and go shoot at North Carolina or Iowa. Tell me how successful you are. Of course you won't see something like this in the statistics if you double the amount of DDs that are going around. There's way more soft targets for the Mogami to shoot with HE so it isn't very noticeable. It does happen against BBs though for low caliber HE. Funny thing is that even against a Zao and Des Moines HE on Mogami ends up dealing almost no damage. It's pretty hilarious.

I would say that CVs would have a high chance of winning if the CVs can find matches.

I can't believe we're still getting these treads right after they nerf the torpedo bombers. Pretty crazy.

Played earlier in my Tirpitz it went like this. SomeGuy: Are you really aerooN? Me: Yes. And then SomeGuy sailed next to me and shot me with all 6 Mutsuki torpedoes. This was near the start of the match. I died from almost full HP. What's his punishment? Probably nothing since his name didn't even turn pink. Hell, his ship wasn't even damaged. Aren't you supposed to take damage when you kill a friendly and die yourself as well? None of that happened to him. I have a video of it too but I don't know if it's okay to post such things.

I'd love to play them but my Midway captain doesn't have dogfighting expert. Then again, tier 10 carriers can't find a match anyway. If it didn't take 5 MILLION experience to retrain my Hakuryuu captain I might even rebuy the Hiryuu and place the captain in her, but since it takes more experience to retrain my captain than I've gained in 1100 games, uh, yeah, I guess I'm not really playing them all that much either.
