It doesn't matter what your end score is - I want the description of the best moment. Like a nice torpedo dodge or a few salvos, not like half of a match (unless you were doing crazy crap for the entire half of the match of course). No ramming, sorry.

Yes, because WG admits that there are bugs in the game. Users: "Something changed! It's bugged." Devs: "Nah it's working fine." Users: "No, no, I'm pretty sure it shouldn't work like that." Devs: "Comrade, it's working fine. That's how it's supposed to work." ... much time later Devs: "Oh, we fixed this tiny bug and that caused another bug to happen so that's why it all happened." Hello and welcome! Introduction With the Grand Naval Battles event going on there are Community Contributor run events as well where you can earn some extra diamonds. For Week 1 I am running a replay contest for the highest base experience per ship class + 1 wild card. To take part you simply submit a replay with the end screen images before the 10th of May 2016, 18:00 (pm) Germany's time (CEST). The replay must be from a match during the Grand Naval Battles event - that is it must be from 4th of May onward and no later than the 10th of May (so this rules out time travellers ruining it for everyone). Prizes 200 diamonds for highest base XP in a destroyer. 200 diamonds for highest base XP in a cruiser. 200 diamonds for highest base XP in a battleship. 200 diamonds for highest base XP in an aircraft carrier. 200 diamonds for wild card match - a match that I personally find great (essentially random - could be super high kills or damage or some crazy stuff happening etc). So from what I understand is that it will give you -7% dispersion if you have a good shot towards the enemy. However, if your shot would miss then it does not give you -7% dispersion, which, you know, would be a benefit to you, because a tighter spread makes it less likely to hit the target with accidental shells if you are not on point with your shot. That seems like a benefit in both cases then. If it's just a flat -7% to dispersion then if your shot is not on point you would have a higher chance of not hitting any shells than if you didn't have the mod, however, it seems like they take off the mod's effect when you have a bad shot thus increasing your chance of a random shell hitting the target. Or am I wrong?

Why does it matter? If you play enough games at higher tiers you will largely know all the good players anyway and there's a very good chance the rest are just meh or worse anyway. Having or not having XVM would not change that in the slightest - you just wouldn't need to play as many games to know all the people. I get recognized, at this point, in the majority of my matches and I don't think it has negatively really affected my matches, other than when I tell people to go duck themselves they start getting all bitchy about "omg I hate these youtubers" style, whereas before they would just try to insult my mother or something. Maybe if everyone did know everyone's stats, then you having good stats and calling a strategy would be listened to more, but considering how there are many people who recognize me in the game, yet often people still don't listen to me, I don't think it matters. And bad play is going to get raved on about anyway, regardless of the stats.

You're missing the rather obvious sarcasm. Allow me to explain: he's saying that the carriers spawn too close to one another on that map. And it's true. In fact both teams spawn way too close - you can fire from spawn to the other spawn with the higher tier ships on there without any issues.
