Sorry I have replied yet. My maths is correct. Manual secondaries is now only 35% when it used to be 60%. However WG did buff the German base accuracy by 22.5%, hence the 2.5% figure. However, the specific aspects of the accuracy buff, which I don't know, may mean that there is a difference. I guess testing is the only way to find out.

I completely disagree. I actually bought the pommern yesterday as I believed this patch has massively biffed it. The pommern required IFHE in order to pen 32mm of armour. Now that skill is a lot cheaper. Furthermore, the secondaries have had a range buff and the skills required a cheaper allowing to spec fire prevention and the new skill that gives better rate of fire in secondary range. All this at the cost of 2.5% secondary accuracy.
