Hi all, [PSA] The annual XMas / New Year "Snowflakes" event starts in November this year and last for almost 2 months... "Update 0.10.10, battle performance bonuses" https://blog.worldofwarships.com/blog/240 I really never understood why, even in RealLife (TM), every year the XMax and New Years starts promoting earlier and earlier... I even saw shops on main street starting XMas decorations in late October... Now WG joined the show and we will have the "Snowflakes" earlier and longer than ever before... it is not bad thing per se but for me personally, the XMas is special time of the year and should be cherished just for that special time of the year (i.e. I would start the event on XMas / New Year and let it last 1+ month afterwards - I would not start earlier)... Hi all, The WG "Sub_Octavian" replied to my Reddit thread about latest "Submarine Survey"... What I find very odd here is that there is no player identification in this particular survey (i.e. anyone can fill it up) and therefore there is simply no way that WG can differentiate players who where invited to do the survey from those who filled it up anyway but weren't invited... Hi all, Most likely explanation is that routes constantly change (even for same ISP) from one day(s) to another day(s)! So... one day it is longer and/or slower and the next day it is shorter and/or faster... And, again, funny thing is that ONLY WG servers are affected - other games and everything else work perfectly fine all the time (i.e. just routes to WG servers are affected)! Leo "Apollo11"

Hi all, I don't think this has anything to do with DNS... it is routing... Situation this evening... My ISP (T-Com): As you can see everything is nice and fast until packets reach the WG servers... Funny thing is that in 99% of time the above is OK and the PING is around 30ms... but sometimes it is acting up... And now when I use VPN: Completely different route and much more acceptable timings... so I use VPN when I have to... Leo "Apollo11"
