    Hi all, As you all recall there was a change in WG policy regarding buying of already owned "Premium" ships in June 2018 and v0.7.6 of WoWs. We even had this thread on form about it: And in it @MrConway stated the following: Yesterday I decided to test the new system by buying the inexpensive "Smith" and "Tachibana Lima" that I already had (they were around 0.80 Euros each) via "Personal Offer" in the "Premium Shop". My observations: #1 Although @MrConway stated: I never saw anything about the above mentioned in "Premium Shop" when I was re-buying my already owned "Smith" and "Tachibana Lima". #2 I didn't get a single Doubloon back - I only got Port Slot and 0 point Captain. So... something is still not OK in "Premium Shop" regarding this... Can you guys please check this out (@MrConway) ! Leo "Apollo11"

    Hi all, I used "Texas" only as example (i.e. similar case to "Smith" and "Tachibana Lima"... BTW, I see what is the "problem" now: #1 On main screen there is just price: #2 On purchase screen there is just price: #3 Only on "Details" screen there is mention of compensation: All is clear now... although some warning for buyers might be prudent on other screens as well (i.e. not just in "Details")... Leo "Apollo11" P.S. I got 2x Port Slots - that was my original intention...

    Hi all, About 4 months ago I posted: This time I compared: "WoWs Stats & Numbers" (all time averages) https://wows-numbers.com/ships/ and "MapleSyrup" (quarterly data) http://maplesyrup.sweet.coocan.jp/wows/shipstats/eu/ship_20180630.html in table below (sorry for font size - but the table is big) - also please note that there are no USN CA/CLs Tier VI/VII/VIII/IX listed due to split as well as most recent ship additions that didn't exist in past quarter: As usual it is very interesting to see how some ships "rise" and some "decline" over time...     Hi all, No big surprises but practically all BBs (and especially older ones like "Bismarck" and "Amagi") took a dive in damage done... power creep... also many CVs had quite big increase in damage done "Midway" and "Graf Zeppelin" for example... all in all much more "-" than "+"...     Hi all, The problem here is that you are playing "Tier X" game with total of 862 games played.... plain and simple you are NOT ready for anything above Tier III/IV/V and you skipped the ships / tiers way way too fast... Please STOP playing high Tier games and go back to basics into Tier III/IV/V until you learn the ropes - it will pay back with dividends - believe me (when I had you count of battles I was playing Tier III / IV and didn't even think about going higher - I learned to play my BBs by playing 100+ games in "South Carolina")!     Hi all, I love the "Cherry Blossom" Operation! Unfortunately victory with "just" 4 stars (and thus "only" around 2100 "Base XP")... some of the "TeamMates" still don't know how to play the operation (they move too slow to save the Regiments on land)... Nonetheless my primary goal of farming "Elite Captain XP" was achieved (50K) and "Chapayev" grind towards "Dmitri Donskoi" (12K) was accomplished! BTW, shame that I run out of the "Ouroboros" flags (+777% "Free XP") - the "Free XP" would be much higher as well (above 10K I think)... Leo "Apollo11"

    Hi all, IIRC the unfortunate caveat is that you can only see (even though you can be logged into WoWsa s seen in upper right corner) just the basic basic info without any details (i.e. exact facilities of your clan, the amount of oil clan has etc.)... Leo "Apollo11"
