Hi all, I am very sorry but above is not true... The "Preventive Maintenance" can only work on stuff that can be damaged and then repaired (like main gun turrets, torpedo launchers, rudder and propulsion) and it does not work on any stuff that can either be OK or destroyed (i.e. AA mounts, secondaries etc.)...
