Hi all, One strange thing happened today... I will soon go to my Summer vacation and I always take my good old trusted i7 17" laptop with me. It is a bit old but still works (with SSD + 1 TB HDD everything is comfortable on it). Since I rarely use it I updated the WoWs to latest current version v0.8.5.1 (tomorrow I will update to v0.8.6) and I installed my usual Aslain's MODs with latest appropriate installer. All MODs are in proper "res_mods" folder "0.8.5.1" and everything looks OK. But when I start game the game loads without any MODs and "0.7.7.0" folder (empty) gets created in the "res_mods" folder (i.e. as if my laptop still believes it is summer 2018 when i last used it for WoWs)... Has anyone ever seen such behavior? Leo "Apollo11"

Hi all, Keeping the "Fletcher" after acquiring "Benham" (and having" Gearing" as well)? The "Fletcher" was one of my favorite DDs in game. I kept her with her separate 19-point captain even though I have "Gearing" with "Alexander Ovechkin" 19-point captain (finally brought him to 19-points - there were other more pressing priorities for "Elite Captain XP"). Hi all, Funny how things turn... When I started this thread of mine I voted "NO" and had no intention to grind (especially the marathon for 48 missions out of 50). But then cam the "Summer Sale" and realization that there is NO discount inside game for Doubloons for "Premium" ships in TechTree... I can't describe my disappointment... I grinded the "Savage Mode" over weekend (3-4 minutes per match -> you can do around 12 battles per hour)... it was ordeal of heavy magnitude... So... I ended up with around 700 "Fuel Tokens" and bought the needed rest with single crate for equivalent value of 5.000 Doubloons (I got all my Doubloons via sales of times past when you could get 50%-30% discount) which equals full price for "Premium" Tier VI DD (= 15 Euros)! Hi all, Are the daily Summer Sale ships discounted only in "Premium Shop" (real money) or are they discounted for Doubloons in game (TechTree) as well? I checked yesterday's offer and I didn't see it discounted in game for Doubloons... Hi all, IIRC this was mistake the WG admitted (i.e. Tier VIII PermaCammo instead of Tier IX PermaCammo) and it should be fixed in next patch... Leo "Apollo11"
