That stat bias is the proof that you have no clue about the new RN Heavy Cruisers. Cruisers with armor as bad as Minotaurs and weak armored turrets and can be hard penetraded/citadelled from almost all angles. But the first thing you complain about is that it has HE that burns your BBs so badly forgetting the fact that its a hyperglasscanon. That ship can't work on it's own it requires other tanky ships to take the hits for it to be of any use. But do you think anyone in this meta will push out and tank for the team in random battles? Answer: Majority of them will not do that! Hence that ship is limited depending on how good your team overall performs. So before you go bs talking that Elypse mentioned your stats. You should rethink why he even mentioned your stats.
