Why am I even surprised after the series of DD beatdowns. Today T3 DD Wakatake against a T3 BB (South Carolina?), torps sent on the BB from from 2.8 km distance AND from behind an island, it was a sealed kill deal, but guess what the BB did, it fricking turned 90° like it's nothing and dodged them all. I don't even anymore. Why am I even still playing

Does that imply the slower the torps are the shorter the detection range is ?

I'm at tier 7 Hatsuharu, and Minekaze was the best DD so far.

They could reduce the turning time of IJN DD's guns. Who would put something so slow on something so fast sailing and turning, it makes no sense. Even if it's not DD's primary damage source, 45s is seriously too much. USN DDs can keep their 8s turning time, but ~17s on the IJN ones would help a lot, since it's practicaly useless right now.
