    Honestly that upgrade is a waste of resources. You want to cancel your DFAA manually after you've killed all planes or they left to decrease the downtime anyway. Making your DFAA run full duration can potentially mean that it won't be ready for the next wave.

    It's not exactly a secret that "MUH DAMAGE" is pretty much the only way to get good rewards in this game in anything but, ironically, CVs.

    If your CV is unable to deal with a CV division he won't be able to deal with an AA division or an expert CV player anyway. If your CV is actually capable of dealing with a CV division (which is very much possible contrary to popular belief) then it's not the fault of the CVs that you lost.

    Actually imo it just shows that Worcester is easier to deal with than Mino in a CV With a Mino you get practically no warning (often not even the voiceline thanks to a bug introduced several patches ago) and your squads fall out of the sky when you're not on top of your situational awareness. A Worcester that is actively shooting becomes visible well beyond her max AA range, enabling you to avoid her via minimap alone. As for stats, I'd wait for the potatoes to catch up before making any judgement.

    Meh, given her floaty shells? I found Hipper to be more effective in all aspects tbh. In fact, Yorck was the only ship I didn't like in the KM cruiser line from T5 onward.

    Get a full division of at least halfway competent people, learn the spawns, then distribute, coordinate and act accordingly. That's the easiest way.

    I'd pick Eugen. Provides more synergy overall but is also more difficult to play, especially in the current meta. If BBs are more your thing, go for Tirpitz instead. Just be aware that there are lots of things that can with a double T8 KM BB division.

    Only played the reworked version with a full division. I liked it that way, challenging but not impossible. I can imagine it's a lot more frustrating with randoms, tho.

    Stock sight ever since the start of CBT. I've gotten used to just shooting by "feeling", so when I tried the dynamic crosshair it irritated me more than it helped.

    I can kill the boss with a ~12,9k echelon. My tank pretty much always gets critically damaged tho. Using: SV-98 (lvl 88) FNC (lvl85) TAR-21 (lvl84) Skorpion (lvl83) G17 (lvl83) I thoroughly recommend the Ouroboros "cheat" finder posted on that page. Hasn't failed me yet.

    The greatest friend in CV play nowadays is usually the enemy team. Your greatest enemy is usually your own team. A CV is fairly easily shut down even without a competent CV teammate. Too bad that it requires some minor teamplay randoms are thoroughly incapable of and a healthy distribution of classes that isn't given with BB overpopulation. So? Is that a reason to introduce one-button mechanics to a working system that potentially have adverse effects later on? Obviously not, that is a reason to fix CVs. Too bad that WG has been dragging their feet on that for almost 3 years now. Fact remains that radar, regardless of whether it is overpowered or not, was an unnecessary addition to the game because a premier spotting class already exists.

    Imagine a class that can't do anything without help but spot, against which low concealment ships can do very little without support from more visible ships. If only we had such a class in this game. OH WAIT.
