There are other ways to improve the game than to destroy it via skill based MM.

To put some context into that. Average player skill has pretty much always been abysmal for the last 2 years, but the amount of bull I've seen these last few weeks is unreal.

Skill-related matchmaking for more balanced games

Wrong, they're using an MMR system. They do not care about WR nor do they actively attempt to normalize players towards 50%. That is vastly different to what you're proposing as your system actively tries to handicap skilled players by intentionally giving them teammates. All OW MM does is match players with similar MMR. This works in OW because it has a population in the dozens of millions, meaning regardless of MMR level you will practically always find someone of similar MMR level in queue. This is not the case in WoWs. -
Skill-related matchmaking for more balanced games

Player numbers have been stable for ages. Introducing a system like you describe on the other hand will likely lose the game quite a lot of players due to skilled players being punished for being skilled. Read here why normalizing towards 50% is undesirable (among other things): https://us.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/20745504371#post-3 -

Because quite frankly the skill disparity is too high, thus a system like with MWO (at least as far as I understood it) will have negligible, if any impact. Just quickly google it and read all the complaints about the MM in MWO. They literally suffer all the same problems we do. This is an example of a skilled based MM system that has too high of a tolerance. A low tolerance system however can only be supported by a sufficiently high population. Which means skill based MM of any kind in WoWs is either a waste of time and money or will make queue times explode for anyone who exhibits a shred of skill. -
Afaik we're getting a free reset anyway, so you don't have to worry about that yet. (Also German BBs were hilariously weak in testing as most of their AA is focused on long range which is easily dodged.) Gneisenau is currently one of, if not the strongest AA BB on her tier if you spec completely into it, but she's also highly vulnerable to AP bombs. Beware of higher tier USN CVs and the Graf Zeppelin as they can kill you in only a single AP DB attack. Personally I wouldn't pick anything beyond AFT + BFT which you do anyway for the secondaries. That should discourage lower and same tier CVs from attacking you.

Forum white theme seems to be broken and I have ludicrous loading times. Can anyone else confirm?

Skill-related matchmaking for more balanced games

Neither has the scale of WoWs. SC2 at least also has a laughably higher population to sustain its ladder system. A mere 20-30k players isn't enough to even remotely sustain any kind of skill based MM in a 12vs12 environment. I reckon the best you could do with that would be 1vs1 as WC3 has similar player numbers (including smurfs) and apparently has humongous queue times for the higher brackets. -
You do realize that this is part of the monetization system in this game? You either drop cash on the game, are good enough that you don't need to do so or you have sufficient willpower to suffer through things like the stock grind. The entire point of this is to make you spend real money.

It is literally impossible to buy flags and special camos with credits. If you have half a brain you would easily be able to deduce that if you tick the resupply with currency options you will eventually be spending doubloons. Then again the great majority of the playerbase fails that requirement. Excuse me for not having sympathy for these people tho.
-
Considering everything now defaults to credits when purchasing consumables etc. it is literally impossible to accidentally spend doubloons.

Can confirm that torp bulges still give pens. Tbh I wasn't even aware anything changed in that regard.

When you can't get a third cap in a CV because the enemy CV didn't run away but chose to block you instead. -
With 32 matches played. Hardly a representative number, no? You have literally no other high tier DDs except IJN ones. I highly doubt you're able to make a conclusive comparison with DDs of other nations from just that.

Imagine if said seller also tells you that otherwise your car will turn into a bomb that'll potentially kill countless innocents around you just because you insist on driving it unmodified. "Feelings" do not matter.

I'm curious, what's the female proportion in WoWs?

Except you are not fast enough to do that either. On the other hand if you have no backup you are gonna get killed no matter what you do. Asashio is one of the slowest DDs in this game, this inevitably means the other DD controls the engagement. Guess what, you can play carefully with other DDs too except you can actually win fights against DDs. This is not something exclusive to the Asashio, meaning the Asashio is actually really really bad in this regard.

It's 40. You might as well forget about plane kills as an income source unless you play a CV yourself.
-
You do realize that the closer you are to an enemy ship, the safer you are in the rework? You know, unlike the current iteration where the closer you get, the more casualties you are likely going to suffer. So actually it is the other way around. A reworked CV can just fly circles above an enemy for minutes before losing aircraft, while a current CV cannot. Just stop spreading your blatant misinformation. As for the topic, a skilled reworked CV player is capable of striking and killing any ship at any time. A potato reworked CV will fail even against the most pitiful of AA. So it depends not on the ship you're playing but on the skill of the enemy CV. What you do or play is mostly irrelevant.

Hipper is a second line support. If you need to angle so much that you cannot frequently use all your guns, you're quite frankly too close. (Unless ofc you're rushing someone down with your torps.) And before you say it, there is a difference between keeping yourself inside your effective range and camping. Tbh I rarely used AP in the Hipper and when I did it was only against broadside targets. HE worked just fine. While your HE alpha is anemic, the area you can penetrate with Hipper HE is usually much larger than with other ships so you can still get comparable results by virtue of fewer HE shells shattering.
