Favorite shipgirl (Kancolle,Azur lane, Arpeggio of blue steel,Haifuri)
El2aZeR replied to Kancolle_Kongou's topic in Off-Topic
Yeah, I have. Still have another TBF sitting around too. Sadly they aren't as strong as the IJN planes and afaik don't give any bonuses to US CVs (yet). -
How to use a cv when the enemy cv.s are better
El2aZeR replied to SEN_SEN_Channel_Portugue's topic in General Discussion
One of these days you will realize that AA skills won't matter if you're below the CV in tiers. Then again no, you probably won't. -

This is also funny. Because clearly Enterprise RFs weren't maneuverable enough yet. -
Is this how CVs are intended to be "balanced"?

- implying WG will tell us the results of that survey without "proper interpretation" WG will outright lie when it comes to portraying anything they do as a success. They have before. -
This is funny because I haven't posted any build at all. *edit*

- implying WG is gonna be truthful about it. They'd just deliberately misinterpret the results to suit their narrative once again, so I don't see the point. -
That's an Enterprise. Enterprise regens more RFs than some CVs regen TOTAL planes. Technically speaking counting fighters and all Enterprise can lose over 200 aircraft. Strike planes make up roughly half that number in a full 20 min match. If that sounds broken to you, well, Enterprise IS the best CV currently in the game, outperforming even the T10s in potential match impact. Not saying that reworked CVs are fine or anything but the plane regen system is actually a fairly decent way to limit the influence of skilled players while keeping average ones engaged. It only becomes broken due to other factors such as reworked CVs having absolutely no effective counterplay options, but the idea in itself isn't that bad. The rework as a whole might be a dumpster fire, but some (very few) of its elements are actually decent.

Because once again it is intellectually dishonest. It makes CVs seem far weaker than they are. In fact it was your intention to point out the weaknesses of CVs, wasn't it? Something like "they have the weakest alpha in the game", which in itself is an incredible lie, becomes extremely laughable when CVs do in fact have the highest practical damage potential out of any class. Have you ever thought about DD HE alpha? Or even cruiser HE alpha? Didn't think so. -

You seem to forget a few low alpha weapons in your comparison but that's hardly relevant now, isn't it? Your statement that "CVs have the lowest alpha" is at the very least intellectually dishonest. In terms of practical damage potential CVs have the outright highest in the game, your attempt to make it seem otherwise is extremely laughable. Also Enterprise AP bombs. 35k alpha per attack. -
Yeah, speed nerf hit Midway hard. Enterprise meanwhile was barely affected. I highly doubt WG would grant me CC status considering I haven't exactly been subtle about what I think about their CV rework. ¬_¬

3rd best T8 CV AA after Lexington and Implacable is now weak according to this guy. How am I not surprised? I'd go for the DBs on the Lex. They're your bread and butter damage dealers. TBs have heal, as such they have pretty good sustain anyway. If you're comfy with the TBs tho extending their health isn't a bad option either. I'd say try both then pick according to personal preference. - Enterprise has better rockets for hunting DDs. These are the best anti-DD weapon currently in the game. They also have among the fastest plane respawn rate in the game so they're incredibly expendable. - Enterprise has better TBs as they have pre-rework arming distance and respawn much faster. Torpedo damage and flooding chance are the same as Lexington (which are the best alpha and flooding chance for CV torps currently in the game). They're slightly more maneuverable but also have a bit less health than Lexington ones (which is a small price to pay for all their incredible advantages really). - Enterprise has AP bombs instead of HE bombs. These are currently the best anti-cruiser weapon in the game. Learn how to slingshot with them and abuse the no accuracy penalty to become a nightmare for ships like Worcester, Mino, etc. They also outright delete lower tier BBs and some same/higher tier ones. Only downside to them is that they're somewhat more reliant on RNG due to having bigger dispersion. Lexington DBs are generally more versatile and can stack DoT, against the right targets however Enterprise DBs will outdamage them by a huge margin. - Enterprise is generally more versatile than Lexington due to fast plane respawn rates and having a dedicated aircraft type for each individual target, extending her reserve advantage even further - Enterprise possesses the best or 2nd best sustain out of all CVs in the game (depends on where you place Kaga) - Enterprise has the best option to grief other CVs thanks to her topkek 10 plane fighter squad. These will outright annihilate any squadron that they catch. - Enterprise is the best CV currently in the game. - Enterprise is perhaps the most overpowered ship currently in the game.

I have. Yet for some reason you are still here. That is not maturity, it is how you believe the world should work. It doesn't and quite frankly shouldn't. And your so called maturity certainly doesn't seem to prevent you from spreading outright lies such as "CVs have the lowest alpha in the game". While true, it doesn't mean we are not allowed to contest it especially if you put it out there like that. As such: - That it even take 3x of the best AA cruiser in the game to shut a CV down is an extremely laughable concept. That's like saying it should take 3x full Shima salvoes to sink a BB or sth equally ridiculous. - Considering your inability to do well in other classes I don't believe you are qualified to talk about the surface ship experience. In fact, that is the crux of your next point, isn't it? If others aren't allowed to judge CVs because they apparently "suck at playing them", what makes you capable of judging any other class? - Which is funny, most top CV players have openly admitted that the class is after the rework. -

I find it equally surprising they're tolerating your constant spam and the deliberate spreading of misinformation that @Beastofwar constantly pulls out of his aft, and yet here we are. We have explained to this particular individual multiple times in a polite and calm manner why exactly he is wrong. He has responded with nothing but insults and conspiracy theories, as such he shall no longer be treated with respect on my part. -

Your incompetence truly knows no bounds. Give me one CV per team on T8 and I believe I can hit 90% solo WR easily. Reworked CVs are so much more powerful than RTS ones it isn't even funny. -

Managed to get a Gamby dupe. Sadly have no use for that. Still no Fletcher ofc. T_T -
Solo most of the time. Because the yield of salt and tears becomes much greater when farming as a solo CV. Do it like me and maintain your sanity via sheer hatred for the average playerbase.

We were discussing the new AA change that is currently on the PTS. Currently yes, heal allows you to get a second strike pretty much guaranteed.

Or perhaps these people are just fed up with the abysmal incompetence of the average ? Take @Beastofwar for example, ever since he came to this forum he has been deliberately spreading false information such as "flak doesn't need to hit to deal damage" along with insulting anyone who contests his heavily flawed opinions as "stat shamers" and "unicum peacocks". And you expect us to treat this guy with courtesy after politely and calmly explaining why exactly he is wrong multiple times? Give me a ing break.

I see your inability to misdirect flak persists. Also equaling a sound effect that is purely for immersion with damage. Hilarious. Your ignorance has truly reached new lows. -

Had a Mino yesterday who tried to tk me because I wouldn't spot for him. He launched torps then shot at me, making him pink (not very smart obviously). The torps were going to miss tho. So with a minor course adjustment and some cheeky words in chat I killed him. Immediately "traded" that kill as well to maintain the advantage. The joys of CV play, being able to grief both your teammates and your enemies.

Pffff, no. I can assure you that the last time I got anywhere with being nice to players in this game was back in CBT. Being nice has no benefits. Hurling insults and being generally toxic on the other hand has two: 1. You get to vent. 2. Maybe whoever you're venting at will quit the game. That's a win-win right there. And before you start, the chances of someone listening to constructive criticism in this game are practically 0. Trust me, I tried. The abysmal incompetence of the average player is so deep they don't even realize that they are abysmally imcompetent. Since WG sees no need to address this I see no reason to be nice to these players either. This is also why I play pretty much only CVs nowadays.

Balansing the balans v2. You may have seen me say that Kreml is immune to Enterprise AP bombs. Well apparently I was wrong. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *inb4 Kreml deck armor gets buffed* This makes Enterprise the most ridiculous hard counter to Kreml you will ever see as the ship is bigger than your bomb dispersion. Interestingly enough Soyuz remains immune tho.

Had an Asashio today who tried to teamkill me because I wouldn't put fighters over his ed head. In the time he finally managed to get torps on me I killed an enemy DD and a cruiser. He ofc completely missed with the majority of them, I only took 2 hits out of the 16 he threw at me despite not moving at all. "Griefing" is the way to win. If you try to "teamplay" you'll inevitably put yourself behind.
