You do realize what month it is, right? Hint: When did rework testing begin? And what part of the playerbase was primarily invited to it? Comparisons at this point mean nothing anymore as the RTS CV playerbase is split between two clients, one of which we do not have the data for. Also LOL percentages. You do realize this is a seasonal game, right? With CV population itself being limited and not growing noticeably with such seasons? Nice to see you still being disgustingly dishonest tho. Ah, yes. 8-9 months to fix reproducable bugs. Suuure. Not to mention they (re-)added a ton on top of the gigantic pile. The graph showed relative skill gap, something that is utterly irrelevant due to the rework murdering average skill. Read actual data from openly available sources tho and you'll see the skill gap has actually increased. But ofc you'll never do that. It'll go against your narrative after all. Also funny how you always go quiet when your laughable claims are disproven, only to return eventually to spout the same lies once again. And you wonder why there is no constructive discussion in this thread LOL.

Actually attacking full AA Akizuki hurt. A lot. You could easily lose your entire strike for minimal gain. Problem was ofc sacrificing everything else to be full AA build, but fear not! The rework has solved this by making a full AA build absolutely garbage, so you don't even need to consider it!

Even if, that doesn't make any of these concerns less valid. It was actually to allow other CV threads to exist. Also there are no valid improvement ideas beyond "scrap and start anew" as this rework is inherently garbage and cannot be saved. And the "screenshots" you're so quick to dismiss prove the capabilities of CVs. You know, the thing that you yourself said should be balanced around? You do realize you can't just pick between narratives whenever it suits you, right? After all that'd mean nothing you say should be taken seriously now, wouldn't it?

At least as far as I remember all KotS seasons were played with RTS CVs. And to be fair RTS CVs weren't exactly without issues either. Regardless the point still stands. RTS CVs had counterplay options whereas reworked CVs do not. As such reworked CVs should not be included in any competitive mode as they inherently go against fairness and sportsmanship.

Yes of course, that is because RTS CVs had counterplay options. They were accepted in the competitive scene and most players knew how to play against them. Reworked CVs have no counterplay options. There are no similarities here.

Depends. On IJN DBs you want to aim dead center. On USN HE DBs you want to aim off center and pray On E's AP DBs it's pure RNG, personally I just aim roughly center No idea how GZ works. Apparently not at all if some people are to be believed.

Which just goes to show how broken CVs are at the highest skill level, doesn't it? After all if CVs weren't blatantly overpowered few would care that one side has a vastly more skilled CV player.

Except KotS represents the top competitive community you know? The ones that care about overall balance, sportsmanship and fairness, not personal fun. To generalize them as your typical potato whiners is questionable at best.

Just saying :D - I'm gonna guess your movements at the beginning were to test, otherwise they'd make no sense - given the MM you don't need to shorten your squad - you could've ignored that fighter. Use yours to spot instead - Enterprise excels in turn attacking. If you find a target closer than 3km on your side, you may be able to attack it by initiating an attack first then turning. Enterprise RFs retain hypermaneuverability as long as the reticle is still yellow - You only need 3km distance to attack with RFs (general rule btw, TiTs can go a tad shorter), there is no need to go out this wide. Also leaving a fighter on that Fantasque would've provided ample spotting - There is no point in trying to escape if you're tagged by fighters. What you can do is preserve some reserves by attacking as fighters outright ignore bailing attack planes - Generally speaking you don't want to attack before knowing where the enemy is. Fly over and sacrifice a fighter for spotting if necessary - If you see an enemy squad crossing your path while you're attacking something chances are they're gonna spawn fighters. You can preempt this by simply spawning your own first if the AA isn't too strong - Fighters always attack the squad that was in their circle first. There is no point in spawning a fighter while inside the circle if you cannot escape in time (unless it is for spotting ofc) - Lenin evaporates under E AP bombs. Just saying. Knowing which targets you can AP bomb for citadels is crucial - There is no point in attacking with a squad that is already chewed up. Recall and use a fresh one instead to preserve reserves - You're gonna need to learn how to dodge flak better btw - Don't attack too early with TBs as you lose your ability to dodge flak. At least get within 3.5km as flak stops spawning then - As soon as you drop start turning immediately with TBs. E's TBs have a short enough arming distance to be able to reengage at close ranges. Also keep your target in view, you want to know what he's doing so you can hit him again from an optimal angle - If your target is destroyed while you're attacking and no other targets are immediately available it is faster to simply drop your ordinance and recall rather than wait until the timer runs out - As soon as you see that "CV detected" sign, MOVE

Except the skill gap in reworked CVs is clearly higher given that averages are down yet top player stats have remained the same. Also last I checked you were clearly fine with any skill gap given you so vehemently defended the one in reworked CVs.

The instant damage is exactly that, instant. It's supposed to go on cd immediately after. If you see no effect, well, that too is as intended. Because MAA is useless.

Except then a CV can just pick off the Worcesters one by one until he gets to you. That's not a counter, that's delaying the inevitable. If you WASD you will take one or two torps unless RNG. You will then eat full torp salvos because cross drops. Again, this is not a counter. You just take slightly less damage. C'mon, at least try. Do you even know what a counter is?
