    In terms of tech tree ships IJN CVs are generally at the top but also are more difficult to play while USN CVs are slightly inferior in match impact but much more comfortable. Don't touch the tech tree RN CVs. I've been told that Furious is pretty decent, every other tech tree RN CV ranges from terrible to mediocre in comparison to their contemporaries however.

  7. Given how poorly Ark Royal has sold as can be seen by the number of battles played I doubt creating a new T6 premium CV is particularly profitable for WG. And Ark Royal is actually well known. A more unknown ship such as some of the proposed here are bound to generate even less revenue.

    Think about it this way: Anything <50% means you're having negative influence on the match. If you're on a team, that means this team is more likely to lose. The further your WR goes towards 0%, the more negative your influence is. At 50% you're literally a 0 sum teammate. You have no positive nor negative influence on the match. A team with you on it has neither worse nor better chances of winning. Anything >50% means you're having positive influence on the match. If you're on a team, that means this team is more likely to win. The further your WR goes towards 100%, the more positive your influence is. It is up to you to decide where you want to be. Don't expect to be treated kindly by your fellow teammates if you choose to be content with the first, tho.

Oceankiss got his first 8 and 9 kill records at the beginning of 2017 which is also the last year of their true playing activity, meaning such statistics are thoroughly outdated and as such meaningless. Pape was inactive for so long that his chat had to explain to him what a Worcester is in one of his clips. He got his 9 kill record at the end of 2016. He never even went beyond 7 on his Haku. What can be said about Oceankiss can thus be said about him. Again, if you go that far back it's the same as if you were to take results in the rework TST as relevant. What RTS CVs looked like in 2016 was nothing like what they did at the beginning of 2019. The final version vastly differs and forms the basis of any balancing discussion.

  14. You do realize that they have actually become more common, right? Because they were practically nonexistent before. Now I get a 7-8 kill match every other week or so. Except you forget that the majority of RTS CV players were auto dropping potatoes which were perhaps slightly more effective but much less annoying as you were able to effectively fight and punish them. A potato CV nowadays just keeps spamming planes for the entire duration of the match and there is nothing you can do about it.

  17. Caps mean nothing if you cannot hold them. Which you clearly didn't. Therefore most of your base exp is actually dead weight gained from 2 solo caps which were in reality worthless. In fact the enemy CV turned the tide of battle despite your team having the ship advantage. So ironically your screenshots run completely contrary to your narrative.

    What upgrades for CVs?

    For slot 3 just take the extra AA. You want to drop as close as possible, so any extra aiming time is completely wasted. Any CV that is dumb enough to try to snipe you probably is also dumb enough to fly into flak and you will rarely, if ever use your secondaries. For slot 4, that depends entirely on the CV. For T8+ IJN CVs boosting your DB HP should be a priority since these are your primary damage dealers and they have the longest respawn time. For Ryujo buffing your TB health should be better as your AP bombs are a bit lackluster in performance. For Ranger and Lexington TB health should actually be your priority since these are your most effective weapon. Boosting DBs on Lexington is not be a bad option either if you prefer to use those instead. On Midway rocket health in combination with TiTs is actually a very good choice as these are your most versatile weapons by far. Most high tier AA only allows for 2 drops with your DBs regardless of whether you have the HP mod or not. TB health may also be worth looking into ever since Midway TBs got buffed. Pick according to personal preference. If you really want to play RN CVs, just go with TB health all the way as these will be your primary option against everything bar DDs.

  22. Didn't you insinuate that the extended patrol area etc. will help keep DDs safe? Well that won't be the case. If you didn't, I must have misunderstood you. Sorry about that. The spotting nerf isn't really that big of a deal against DDs specifically because to spot DDs with a fighter you drop them right on top of them anyway. So nothing will change in this regard. It really benefits cruisers and BBs a lot more.
  23. Yes, because there are several countermeasures one can take to outright negate taking DWTs which in turn puts the Chung Mu at a disadvantage. There are no such options against rockets.
