It was ridiculous when it had ST flag which gave 75% protection agains ramming dmg. Now, it is just a worse NC.

I think that because SC has the worst WR (~47%) for a tier 3 BB in all servers so it deserves a better buff than its counterparts. Balance, comrade !

Algérie has lower AP dmg but better pen than Yorck so I wouldn't say that it has worse AP then Yorck. The combination of good AP, good HE and good torp makes it very strong. Galissonnière needs to angle 40 degrees to shoot its rear turret. Nevertherless, the turret needs only 15s to turn 180 degrees. Charles Martel stock gun (203 mm L/50) turns 180 degrees in 26,9s. Its upgraded gun (203 mm L/55) turns 180 degrees in 23,4s.
