^This. I don't understand why they put fictionous 240 mm L/55 guns on it. The 240 mm L/55 current performance is barely better than the 203 mm gun L/55 of Saint Louis. The poor penetration can be explained by the use of pre-war 240 mm shells.

Henri IV only needs to wiggle 46 degrees to launch all 6 torps forward or backward while Scharnhorst needs to wiggle 58 degrees to do the same forward and 52 degrees backward.

In fact, that image describes tier 9 Saint Louis dispersion. The high tier French CAs have the same dispersion patterns.

Those values define the evolution of dispersion/range.

The sigma of 2.0 is confirmed. Other hidden factors are Delim, radiusOnMax, radiusOnDelim and radiusOnZero.

As mentioned before, the citadel is also about the same as Budyonny. For me, it is only a stealthier Budyonny clone...Therefore, I'm not too impressed about it.

It is very close to the Budyonny. Budyonny shell hits 14,45 km mark in 9 s (heavier shell = losing less speed)

Friant shell flight speed is poor (16s to get 14,7 km) while Duca d'Aosta need only 9s to reach 14 km. It's a big difference.
