No, I told about general Jap CV strategies. I fought against competent Jap CV captains in my Saipan and Ranger so I know very well what they can do. They know their fighters are weaker but they also know how to make your life not easier either.

You only need them to chase you in the long range AA which is hard to see, . Sometimes they will lose 1 plane immediately which can change the entire fight afterwards.

Normally, decent Jap CV players will kite US fighters to their teammates AA. So you have to take that into account too. LOL

If your citadel get hit, you will take full damage from the shell. There is not overpen against citadel....

You still don't understand how fragile this ship is...The other tier 5 cruisers have some armour to fight DDs with some confidence. This ship doesn't. You are forced to play very defensively even when you are alone with enemy DDs.

You don't want to get in secondaries range of anything....The hp evaporates in fast and furious mode.

Atleast Kongberg and Nurnberg front turrets (30-80 mm) are immune to DD HE. Emile Bertin turret has only 15 mm armour, ..DDs don't even need IFHE to lolpen you...
