In fact, Henri IV has a upper deck of 25 mm and a lower deck of 80 mm. But due to game mechanism, the shells only need to pen that upper deck to deal normal dmg to the ship.

Hey, you need to sacrifice something. You are too greedy with 14/15 pts captain....If you want escorting, go full AA setup. If you prefer DD hunting, go CE, Vigilance and RPF. If you want BBQ/flame starter, go DE/IPHE
