Those are same guns, the M shows only difference in turret mounts. Molotov has MK3 180 guns too but the shells have same velocity as Donskoi one.

1 tip for Henri IV : don't show your stern to enemy BBs, you will get citadels everytime. Bow tanking is much better than stern tanking in the case of Henri IV.

They nerfed ricochet angle to from 70 to 67,5 degrees for autobounce and buffed angle having chance of ricochet from 55 to 60 degrees. They also transformed overpen shells to normal pen shells. Exemple for 1 typical salvo of Hood guns vs random broadside BBs : Before buff: 1 normal pen, 2 schattered, 1 overpen After buff : 2 normal pen, 2 schattered

You can see that even with the same guns, the overall accuracy is not necessarily the same. For example in the case of HIpper vs Prinz Eugen or TIrpitz vs Bismarck vs Gneisenau. I also found that a lot of ship have similar Min Dist H values but a big difference between Min Dist V values. It explains why Scharnhorst has terrible accuracy even with sigma = 2, because its Min Dist V value was set too high, even higher than Kongo with bigger guns
