This is the condition, if it can get to the strategic zone that you need to cap in the beginning of th game, they will spawn.

You can make it more difficult to play by letting 3 BBs (Amagi, Fuso Kongo ) spawn. Just keep 1 convoy guardian alive to line E

Problem with FdG is that it is only good in close range. Mid range to long range I mostly spam HE because AP is too unreliable. Vs broadside target,the gun is acceptable but against angled or bow-on targets, it is hopeless due to the combination of low numbers of shells in the air and terrible spread. Main gun AP DPM is horribly low so If you cannot bring your secondaries to the fight, you lose. And FdG is also much softer than Bismarck in many places so it is hard to shoot all your 8 guns without get 20k dmg+ back from return fire. 420 mm AP has much better results at mid-long range than 406 mm AP so you can contribute some dmg for your team until when you are confident to brawl without sinking in the process..

Since when I figured out that I can let Shchors die and still get a star from saving its commanders, I didn't bother to follow it anymore.

If you can hide the superstructure of Nelson behind an island, you can shot all 9 guns without being detected. That can be super strong.

The ship is fun if you can get to 10,6 km range, oherwise, R.I.P.

You can tank 1 group easily, just keep ~11 km away from nearest CAs so they cannot torp you. Sail near the island in F3 so if the situation gets too hot, you can still hide behind it

If you are the only BB in the team, than you will be focused hard. So in the beginning, don't go to the strategic area marker because you will be focused by both CAs groups and you can eat torpedoes from those DDs.

KGV guns currently shoot 15 inches shells instead of real 14 inches shells. It can citadel Moskva from the bow so the shells are certainly not 14 inches ones.

It doesn't buff the bomb dispersion, it just spreads the bomb along an axe more. In addition of that, the difference of drop zone dimensions between autodrop and manual drop for AP bombs is only 10%. So you only need to align your bombers with the length of enemy ship to attain maximum effect.

If bots don't have targets to shot at, they will target the convoy. So you need some people to draw their fire. And let the convoy pass line C before killing all of its guardian so the convoy has some safe distance to enemy fleet

Unlike normal HE bombs, DFAA only makes Enterpise Ap bomb drop zone elongated, not wider,

You can let it sunk, just remember to save its commander.

Easy strategy for this map if you play CA : - First, get close to the strategic area marker (about 14-15km) and stop the engine and turn all your guns to it. Focus on the CAs. - When all CAs are dead, turn north, follow line 3 and engage all the CAs coming down. If there are too many ichizuchis focusing you, go to line 2 and hide behind some islands, when they switch their attention to your team mates, go out and continue to murder the CAs. If your CA has sonar, this is the time to use them if you get close to 7 km of Kuma/Furutaka or 10 km to Aoba. Kill 2 guardian CAs in the far left of the convoy, let your team deal with the rest. - Move up to B5, when all guardians CAs are killed, Zuiho and Hosho will spawn there, kill Zuiho first, use torps if you have, if not,citadel it with AP. Use HE to Hosho. Use Zuiho shipwreck to protect you from torp from its torpedo plane and Hosho planes. This is the time to use DFAA. - Ater Hosho is dead, go along line B until you see Ryujo. If you have scout plane, you can snipe it with AP when approaching because it won't move until being attacked by torpedo bombers from your teammate CV. - Go to B7 and B8 and attack the leading CAs, the biggest threat for the convoy is the Myoko so get it killedif it is in your gun range. If you want more challenges from the mission, you can get Amagi, Fuso and Kongo spawned by letting the convoy guardians get to line E of the map.
