I always shot it with skill shells so I never see overpen , just 1 kill for me. 1 st salvo : engine, rudder blown up, 1 fire + 8k dmg. it panicked and used DCP 2nd salvo : 2 fires + another 8 k dmg, rudder blown up again --> RIP

well, you can use torps to disrupt their attack if they come too close -
With the return of 60/67.5 ricochet angle for Conqueror, even Yamato at 25 degree can be lolpened by 419 mm guns.... I don't know what devs are thinking.

Yeah, in the condition that you don't close range too much, If you do so, your enemies can lolpen the front armour of your turrets and destroy them.

Some tips : - Don't die early, if you are heading to the minefield, stop the engine and reverse to get out safely, more ships = more AA cover for the convoy = easier AA secondary tasks - Don't go alone, 1 ship goes away from convoy (~2 map squares) = 2 more dive bombers and 1 more torpedo bombers spawn each 1/2 minutes to sink that ship. If it is sunk, all bonus armed bombers will change course to the convoy, which makes the mission much more difficult for the rest of the team. In one mission, 3 DDs decided to leaves the convoy and they brougth ~ 18 more bombers to them and got killed.... - Use DFAA only when there are more than 3 bombers coming at you or the convoy - Stay below the fighter battle to get your close range AA to bear. Cyclone and Gallant short range AA is very strong -

The first blood passive is like a free SI for aggressive player.

One down side is when you got 4 kills in a Jap ships, everyone on enemy team will focus on you to kill you because they don't know if you has that captain or not. That can be a pain in the [edited]too..

i think 900k Xp is more reasonable. Maybe typo.

That reward is an insult, really. I only need a half of battle to get that 200 k credits and 2 Scenario battles to get 50k elite Captain XP

Vs BBs, it is Ok, you can hit here and there, but it struggles to fight off DDs and CAs due to terrible dispersion. I can't rely to my camping team to do this for me. That's why I don't like it
