    That's why I bow tank and island camp all the time in my CAs. Only with that way, I can stay alive as long as possible near those cap zones to cover my DD teammates. Kiting only can't win game.

    Short fuse as 0.015s is only effective vs big ships like BBs and CVs Vs DDs and CAs, fuse time needs to be set at 0.04 or 0.005s like in the case of RN CLs

    The radar change will make cyclone engagement for radar ships more funny...Things like Missouri can ambush other BB/CAs at ~12km without fear of retaliation
  7. I know, but unfortunately there are still many people who believe that so I cannot remove them from my list yet.
  8. Passive gameplay comes from many sources : - Some people don't have premium so they don't want to pay repair cost. So they camp back, farm dmg and hope to get net income. - Some people are pure cowards, turn around as first shell shot at them. - Some people want others to be their meat shields, so if there are no meat shield as any form, they camp. - Some people don't undestand their role, they play selfishly, don't care about others doing - Some people favors Fabian strategy, using battle attrition to wear down enemies before they make their own moves to get easy kills.

    60% Ap dmg. Except Nelson, good luck to hit those underwater citadels. The only reliable ways to negate that super heal are torpedoes and maybe upcoming Ap bombs

  15. - IFHE changes :The penalty to firing chance changes with caliber now. It is set to -1% for light calibers up to 139 mm, and to -8% for the rest. This change should make IFHE more viable on DDs and reduce its excessive performance on some cruisers. In case the change is adopted, IFHE is automatically reset for 4 skill points. - Smoke firing detection range - test values for IJN DDs (km). Minekaze 2,22 Kamikaze 2,22 Mutsuki 2,22 Shiratsuyu 2,49 Akatsuki 2,75 Hatsuharu 2,49 Kagero 2,55 Akizuki 2,39 Yugumo 2,62 Shinonome 2,62 Fubuki 2,62 Shimakaze 2,83 Ship-to-ship detection for smoke firing now applies not only for the ship in smoke, but also if there is a smoke cloud on LOS between the shooter and the target. That will allow to exclude a highly illogical situation when hiding behind smokes gives better concealment than hiding inside smokes. Ship-to-ship detection for smoke firing is calculated for each hull, based on caliber and base concealment, it is not influenced by any skills or upgrades. It does not replace guaranteed detection and still requires LOS (smokes excluded for this check). The exact value for each ship can be found in Port specs. (Queen Elizabeth, Nelson, 419mm-gun Lion and Conqueror retained their legacy 60°/67.5° auto bounce angle by mistake and therefore they looked more powerful than they should be.) So now only Conqueror 457 mm shell has 60/67.5 ricochet angle

    I saw Hood shells shattered on Nagato belt at 10 km range. That's why I don't bother to shot other BB belt with Hood AP anymore, aiming at upper belt or throwing HE ito superstructure is much more effective

    British CLs has 5 ms fuse. if we extrapolate with the initial shell velocity of 700 m/s, it can travel 700 * 0.005 = 3,5 m in the ship. i understand what you think but an armour plate modeled in this game is only a surface with zero thickness and an attribute = armour thickness. it is not a real plate like in real life.
