I went with the main-gun accuracy on my J-BB and +secondarys on US-BB. As far as i can tell it increases the accuracy alot, it's so good that i even shoot down DDs with my main-gun. Hoping for my secondary to finish the job while a DD is going for a point-blank torprun is not my thing.
