im gonna agree with tyco on this one. you sound like you are either terrible at battleships or have never played destroyers and about this, the way that I see it is that destroyers counter battleships, battleships counter cruisers and cruisers counter destroyers like rock paper scissors. but then where does the carriers fit into the meta, they float above it, they are not countered by anything and nothing counters them. they counter everything but everything counters them. and because of this when they are removed no specific class benefits too much, destroyers dont get spotted as often, BBs and CAs dont get stuff dropped on them. really carriers dont fit into the meta properly at the moment, thats why nobody plays them, because it doesnt seem to matter that much
