this russian bias thing sounds absurd. I have never at any point considered any of the russian ships "overpowered" against me. not to mention there are a fair number of OP ships from other nations. to name a few. U.S.S Clevageland H.I.J.M.S Isokaze H.I.J.M.S Minekaze and of course all our favourite Tea ship H.M.S Warspite (not all that OP but people that use the warspite tend to know what they're doing)

also thought cadenza was kinda meh. I mean it was ok, and I get to see teh awesome charachters again but some things kinda sucked. I mean the first part was just episode 14 again. and I'm dissapointed we didnt find out what happened to maya-waifu. and I REALLY dont like Kongous re-design. and not having her as the big bad was REALLY weird

yeah, and nothing embodies this better than HMS Hood. sure it left port and nearly got into combat. but it was feared and admired throughout the world for years without ever firing a shot in anger

yeah, everyone underestimates the isokaze and minekazes guns. came out one game with 10 hits, 7 of which knocked out modules (yeah not many hits but I'm in an IJN DD, what do you expect. dont wanna lose that camo)

yeah I have that mod and it REALLY isnt as good as the official ones. the explosions are barely noticable

and because there are already files for the Arpeggio ships. (which are essentially a standalone nation) there are probably already plans for such a thing to exist. so some of those 200,000 files will be identical copies of the american dialogue for each nation which will be changed when they have some different voice actors
