its because the programs are terrible

I mean its good... but the Isokaze on the jap tree really outshines it. it has higher torpedo damage, higher torpedo range, and its guns do the same ammount of damage (albeit at a slower fire rate) and I just generally think its amazing, kinda needs a nerf to be honest...

yeah, battleships arent made of paper (unless they are russian) your going to have your shells bounce if your shooting at anything other than a broadside when it comes to german BBs. judging by the way Tirpitz is shaping up I'm guessing german BBs will be armour centred brawling ships

because retraining captains with more than 10 points takes [edited]ages and its quicker to start retraining them from scratch to get the more important upgrades as soon as possible

agreed, although the myoko and the pensacola that I have seem good enough without it, still havent got a tier 8 cruiser but judging by the fact the atago has it they all should have it

tier 8 heavy cruisers need the repair party as the atago does but the tier 7s are ok without it
