what was wrong with hood is more or less the same thing that happened to her predecessors at jutland. you can't just place ammunition like that... the deck armour was more than adequate, in fact it was better than Bismarck's. but the ammunition layout and loading system caused the detonation

If I were to put it into perspective, the H-44 would be a tier 11 ship. 509mm IIRC guns and armour around the same as the H-41 (FDGrosse)

I'd say nelson is more likely (Rodney is a nelson class) One of the Big 7 (the only 7 Warships allowed 16" guns in the washington naval treaty) the others being USS Colarado, USS Maryland, USS West Virginia, HMS Nelson, HMS Rodney, HIJMS/IJN Mutsu and HIJMS/IJN Nagato two of those we already have in game (both at tier 7) from WG logic it's likely we will have Nelson at tier 7 with hood as a premium OR added later in a split Battlecruiser line.
